圧ガスが流入していく状態を矢印で示した縦断面
図であり、第4図は第3図に示した弁体の膨大頭
部側よりみた図面であり、第5図は第3図および
第4図に示した弁体を第4図に示した弁体の反対
側からみた図面である。
