飲料容器用キヤツプにおいて、キヤツプ本体に吸
飲孔が形成された吸口部を設けると共に、未使用
時にキヤツプ内面側に押し込まれ、または折り畳
まれた前記吸口部の吸飲孔を封止部材で閉ぐよう
にして前記キヤツプ上面に剥離可能に接着したこ
とを特徴とする飲料容器用キヤツプ。 (2) キヤツプ本体に、該キヤツプ内面側に押し
込みまたは折り畳み収納可能に吸口部を設け、該
吸口部近傍のキヤツプ上面に吸飲管が挿入される
孔部を形成すると共に、未使用時にキヤツプ内面
側に収納して前記吸口部の吸飲孔および前記孔部
を封止部材で閉じるようにして前記キヤツプ上面
に剥離可能に接着したことを特徴とする請求項１
