る。 When constructing large roofs for factories, etc., folded roofing materials are stacked one on top of the other. During such construction, in order to shorten the length of the roofing materials and improve the efficiency of transportation and construction work, the longitudinal ends of the roofing materials are overlapped and installed in a row in the span direction of the roof from the ridge to the eaves. is being carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering through the overlapped portions of the roofing material. The present invention provides a waterproof belt that can effectively prevent such rainwater from entering.

The waterproof belt 1 of this embodiment includes a horizontally long flat plate part 2, a main body consisting of a plurality of protrusions 3 projecting in the longitudinal direction from the upper surface of the flat plate part 2, and a magnetic rubber sheet 4 laminated on the lower surface of this main body. It is made up of The main body consisting of the flat plate portion 2 and the protrusions 3 is made of a flexible material such as soft rubber, soft plastic, or closed-cell foamed plastic, and is integrally molded. In this embodiment, the protrusion 3 has a continuous arcuate wave cross-sectional shape. Further, this protrusion 3 is formed with an arcuate hollow portion 5 that extends continuously in the same direction.
Therefore, the protrusion 3 is easily elastically deformed in the pressure direction even with a slight pressure. The magnetic rubber sheet 14 is obtained by dispersing magnetic powder in a rubber raw material and forming it into a sheet shape.
The waterproof belt 1 thus obtained exhibits flexibility as a whole and can be easily made to conform to the folded structure of the roofing material, and can also be attached to the roofing material via the magnetic rubber sheet 4 in this state. Can be pasted.

の取扱いが容易となつている。 The waterproof belt 1 has protrusions 3 disposed at longitudinal ends 13 and 14 of roofing materials 11 and 12 having a folded plate structure so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the roofing material, and along the folded plate structure of the roofing material. It is attached via a magnetic rubber sheet 4 in a deformed state. To construct the roof, the front end of the roofing material 12 is overlapped with the rear end 13 of the roofing material 11 to which the waterproof belt 1 is attached, and the roofing material is installed in the span direction of the roof from the ridge to the eaves. are set up consecutively. Here, the roofing material 12 is located on the ridge side of the roof, and the roofing material 11 is located on the eave side of the roof. By such overlapping, the waterproof belt 1 is interposed in the overlapping portion of the roofing material. This prevents rainwater from leaking through the overlapping portions of the roofing material. Since the entire waterproof belt 1 is attached to the roofing material via the magnetic rubber sheet 4, it will not restore its original shape, and the waterproof sheet 1 will remain in close contact with the roofing material while maintaining the cross-sectional shape of the roofing material over time. The waterproofing effect will not deteriorate. In addition,
Since the protrusions 3 are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the roofing material, they can effectively prevent rainwater from leaking into the roof. In this case, since the hollow part 5 is formed in the protrusion 2, the waterproof belt 1 is elastically deformed by the pressing force and is interposed between the roofing materials 11 and 12 without a gap, sealing the overlapping part and preventing leakage from the overlapping part. Rainwater leakage can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since the waterproof belt 1 easily follows the expansion and contraction of the roofing materials 11 and 12 due to the formation of the hollow portion 5, the sealing performance can be improved over a long period of time without decreasing the adhesion over time. I can do it.
Therefore, by using such a waterproof belt 1, short roofing materials can be installed in series in the span direction of the roof, and there is no need to use long roofing materials, which reduces the construction work. It is possible to save labor and speed up the process. In addition, since the magnetic rubber sheet 4 of the waterproof belt 1 does not adhere to other members like a general adhesive, the waterproof belt 1
It has become easier to handle.

Therefore, since the roofing materials can be connected in a row in the span direction of the roof, the length of the roofing materials can be shortened, which is effective in improving the efficiency of construction work and facilitating transportation and storage work.
