Claims (1)
着し該エンジンの内部と外部とを密封するオイル
シールにおいて；前記オイルシールは、断面Ｌ字
型の補強環１に弾性体製のサイドリツプ２１及び
ラジアルリツプ２２を固着せしめた密封要素３と
、互いに連なつた大・小の径方向部４１，４２を
持つスリンガー５との組合せからなつており、前
記小径方向部４２を跨ぎ軸方向に延びる前記サイ
ドリツプ２１を大径方向部４１の内側面に接触せ
しめると共に、前記ラジアルリツプ２２をクラン
ク軸６の周面に接触せしめたことを特徴とするオ
イルシール。 (2) 前記スリンガー５における径方向部４の嵌
合部を軸方向内側に延長して軸方向部７を形成せ
しめ、前記密封要素３のサイドリツプ２１を前記
大径方向部４１の内側面に接触せしめると共に前
記ラジアルリツプ２２を前記軸方向部７の外周面
に接触せしめたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
オイルシール。 (3) 前記密封要素３のラジアルリツプ２２をフ
ツ素樹脂で形成したことを特徴とする請求項１な
