ムを往復駆動することにより、2つのポンプ室内
のメイン流体を交互に加圧して吐出するダイヤフ
ラムポンプと、四角プレート状をなすボデイの内
部に、ピストン又はダイヤフラムからなる感圧作
動部材を内蔵し、該感圧作動部材を介して、上記
ダイヤフラムポンプから吐出されるメイン流体と
エアとを対抗させることにより、該エアの圧縮性
によつてメイン流体の脈動を減衰させる脈動減衰
器とを、各々のボデイの側面同士を接合させてボ
ルトにより結合してなり、 上記ダイヤフラムポンプ及び脈動減衰器は、そ
れらの接合面の対応位置にメイン流体及びエアが
流通する2組の接続ポートを有し、1組の接続ポ
ートが、接合面から突出して外周にOリングを備
えた凸型ポートと、該凸型ポートが流体密に嵌合
する凹型ポートとの組合わせにより構成され、他
の1組の接続ポートが、Oリングを備えた大径の
平面ポートと、該Oリングの内径より小さい小径
の平面ポートとの組合わせにより構成されている
ことを特徴とする脈動減衰器付ポンプ。
