しいこと、(ロ)ゴミ、切断カスがつまりやすく取れ
にくく、かつ切断時の変形により線材がつまつて
しまうこと、(ハ)バリの発生が大きく、切断が悪
い、等の問題がある。第7図a,bはその状況を
示すもの、図中1はダイス、2は線材、3は切断
カツター、4は切断された線材を示す。その結
果、線材供給スピードをかなり遅くしなければな
らないという欠点があつた。

によつて構成し、前記固定ベース面に、線材の一
部が可動ベース方向に突出可能な大きさの凹所を
形成するとともに、前記可動ベースの前記線材の
一部を押さえる往復動と線材を切断するカツター
の動きを連動せしめることを特徴とする線材の切
断装置を発明の要旨とするものである。
