通行券の一時保留、発券、前記不要通券回収用ホ
ツパへの搬送、一時引戻しなどの操作を行なう一
時保留機構及び各々の制御を司る制御部等を有
し、前記車種判別装置より離れた車両進行方向前
方路側に設けられる発券装置と、この装置の設置
位置より更に進行方向前方位置に設けられ車両の
進行を検出する方向性をもつて検出して該発券装
置に与える発進検出装置とより構成し、車両が進
入する毎に車種判別装置で車種判別し、その情報
を記憶部に記憶させ、この記憶内容を読出して通
行券に必要情報とともに記録させて前記車種に応
じた通行券発券口に搬送させ、発券させると共に
通行券の記録内容読出しの結果、不良であるとき
及び進入した車両が車種判別装置により後進した
ことを検出されたとき、及び発券された通行券を
抜取らないうちに発進検出装置が発進を検出した
ときは、その検出出力により制御部にて前記一時
保留機構に指令を与え通行券のホツパ内回収を行
なわせ、また発進検出装置の後進検出時、発券さ
れた通行券があるときは制御部にて前記一時保留
機構にその通行券の一時引戻しを指令し、また前
進検出によつて再び発券を指令し、また、前進検
出装置の前進検出時及び車種判別装置による後進
検出時その検出出力により、前記記憶部の当該車
両の車種情報をクリアし、次の車両の通行券発行
態勢に入るようにしたので、車両の動行に対応し
て発券、一時引戻、ホツパへの回収等を行なうこ
とができ、意識的な通行券重複受取りや未抜取り
等による後続車に対しての発券の混乱や、車線変
更などのため後進することによる発券の混乱を未
然に防ぐことができる他、車種情報は記憶部に順
次記憶して、これを記憶順に読出し前車に対する
発券が完了すると、その車両の車種情報をクリア
して次車の発券態勢に入るようにしたので、高速
で正しく通行券を発券させることができ、しかも
運転者の取り易い高さの発券口よりも発券するこ
とができるから、サービスを損なつたり、混乱を
招くことなく入口業務の自動化を可能にする利点
が得られる。

記録と送り出し並びに不要通行券の回収並びに通

一時引戻しなどの各種制御を司る制御部を有し、
前記車種判別装置より離れた車両進行方向前方路
側に設けられる発券装置と、この装置の設置位置

を方向性をもつて検出して該発券装置に与える発
