BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Heretofore, deodorizing materials of various shapes have been used to remove odor components from the air, including those of malodorous gases. The simplest method is to fill a container dedicated to the device with granular activated carbon, but it is inconvenient to replace and handle, and it is not effective to apply to other devices. There are also deodorizing powders packed in paper or non-woven bags, molded containers, and sheet-like products made of urethane foam with particles attached with a binder. It has drawbacks such as being unstable, particles being unevenly distributed, and not being able to be filled in large quantities. In order to improve these drawbacks and prevent deodorizing particles such as activated carbon from being distributed in the filter, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-99
In No. 319, activated carbon particles are fixed in a breathable urethane foam skeleton, and in Japanese Patent Publication No. 137724/1987, an adsorbent such as activated carbon is placed in the cells of a honeycomb-shaped base material. However, these cannot be filled with a large amount of deodorizer and require complicated processing. Also, JP-A-63-15
In 6513, a rectangular frame with a thin bag-like peripheral frame is partitioned into a plurality of parallel compartments, and the peripheral frame and the compartments within the frame are filled with a deodorizer. However, although this bag can increase the filling amount, it requires processing the bag into complicated sections and has the disadvantage that there is a large resistance to passing air.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to provide a product that is easy to manufacture, can be filled with a large amount of deodorizing agent per unit surface area, has high deodorizing efficiency through easy air permeation, and has various shapes. The objective is to obtain a deodorizing material that can be used in a wide range of situations.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, a deodorizer is filled in a vertically long or rectangular bag made of an air-permeable filter medium, and a plurality of the bags are connected in rows, and each bag is A deodorizing material for a stationary container and for forced ventilation is provided, which is characterized in that it is formed by connecting the upper edges and lower edges of the body. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 1, deodorizers 3 are individually filled into vertically long bags (hereinafter abbreviated as pillow bags) 2 formed of a breathable filter medium 1, and the pillow bags 3 are arranged side by side. Five pieces are in contact with each other, and their upper edges and lower edges are connected to each other to form a unit deodorizing material. The number of connected bags may be two or more, but it is usually convenient to have five or six bags.

[0005] Individual bags are generally called pillow bags,
It is a commonly used packaging form, suitable for packaging powder or granular materials, and can be manufactured easily at low cost. To show an example of a pillow bag, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. 3 is a back view. The shaded area in FIG. 3 is the bonded area, which is usually bonded using heat sealing or adhesive. There are various ways to connect multiple pillow bags lined up above, but they can also be joined together with adhesive tape, heat-sealed with tape-like non-woven fabric, cloth, etc., or fixed using sewing machines, staples, etc. can. Alternatively, a frame may be created in which the pillow bags can be arranged and fixed.

[Function] The deodorizing material of the present invention consisting of a plurality of pillow bags can be used with deodorizing materials of various shapes and sizes. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, it is also possible to arrange two units vertically and connect them at the shaded areas. Furthermore, unit deodorizing materials can be used by connecting or stacking them depending on the size and shape of the container in which they are housed, such as by stacking two of these on top of each other. Furthermore, it is also possible to provide a dust collection function by laminating an electret nonwoven fabric for air purification. Each pillow bag constituting the deodorizing material is filled with the deodorizing agent and has a swollen oval cross section, thereby preventing uneven distribution. Therefore, the deodorizing material of the present invention formed by arranging these in parallel has a large amount of deodorizing agent per apparent unit surface area of the deodorizing material, and has a high deodorizing effect. In addition, it is flexible and can be adapted to shapes such as curved surfaces, and can be rolled up and stored compactly in a container, making it convenient for use as a stationary container. In addition, gaps are formed between adjacent individual pillow bags, and the entire peripheral surface of the pillow bags can come into contact with the odor gas, so even though the deodorizing efficiency is high and the filling amount is large, air circulation is obstructed. It is also suitable as a forced ventilation type deodorizing material in which air is blown onto the surface of the deodorizing material.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a larger amount of deodorizer can be held on the same surface area than in the prior art without impairing its performance, and since a general-purpose packaging form is used, manufacturing is easy. , manufacturing costs can be reduced. Further, it is possible to obtain a deodorizing material that can be widely adapted to various shapes. It may be packaged or used as is as a replacement part for filters and deodorizing products. This deodorizing material can be widely used in air conditioners, air conditioning, exhaust gas treatment, etc. as air purifiers, deodorizing filters, masks, various deodorizing sheets, various deodorizing and harmful gas removal filters for refrigerators.
