Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently transport live fishes and to transport also water of the living environment to consuming districts by putting (similar) water of the living environment of fishes into a flexible bag, freezing it, arranging the frozen bags around the fishes, packaging them in that state and transporting them. CONSTITUTION:Environmental Water 8 of a living place of fishes 7 is put into a flexible plastic bag 1 and frozen. Live fishes 7, together with the environmental water 8, are put into a flexible plastic bag 3 and the dead space 9 is charged with oxygen. Live fishes accommodated in the bag 3 are put in an outer box 6 and ice-accommodating bags 1 are arranged therearound. Packaging is carried out and then the packaged fishes are transported to consuming districts.

[Prior Art] Vehicles equipped with aquariums or tanks are used to transport large quantities of live fish, but inner bags and outer boxes are used to transport small quantities of live fish from collection points to consumers.
Bag-in-box type transport containers are often used. The inner bag for such a transport container is, for example, a bag made of soft plastic, in which live fish is placed together with water, oxygen gas is blown into the inner space to replace it with air, and the mouth of the inner bag is closed to seal it. do. The inner bag is then placed in an outer box such as a cardboard box or a Styrofoam box for transportation. At this time, if you keep the live fish at an appropriate temperature and keep them calm, the oxygen intake of the live fish will be reduced, and even a small transport container can transport a relatively large amount of live fish for a long time. may be included.

[0003] The cold insulating material used for this purpose is generally ice made from natural water or city water used in the workplace, but if ice is added directly, the water will flow out when it melts, so
For example, put chunks of ice in a plastic bag with a large opening and tie the opening.
It is placed between the outer box and inner bag. Here, if the ice block is small, the surface area per weight will be large and it will melt in a short time, so it is necessary to use a fairly large block of ice. Therefore, the effective internal volume of the transport container becomes small. Moreover, these operations require time and effort.

[0004] On the other hand, live fish transported to a consumption area will be cut down after a few hours if delivered to a general household, but if it is delivered to a store or restaurant, it will not necessarily be cooked immediately. Not exclusively. In fact, they are often kept in a built-in aquarium for several days. In such cases, the water in the aquarium should ideally be water from the habitat of the live fish. However, in general, water from all habitats is not available, so well water or city water containing salt is substituted, or if the sea is nearby, seawater is used. This problem applies not only to saltwater fish but also to freshwater fish. Also, at home, for example, when boiling crab,
It is said that it is more delicious when eaten with seawater. However, seawater is not easily available even in ordinary households. Seawater is particularly difficult to obtain in urban and inland areas.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention focuses on the packaging containers for live fish, their transportation, and the storage and cooking methods of the transported live fish at the consumption area or place of consumption. The purpose of this project is to propose a new transportation method that can efficiently transport water and deliver habitat water to consumption areas.

[Effect] When fish are caught, the water at that location is collected and returned to the fishing base, and the water is filtered or sterilized, placed in a soft bag, and left to freeze. It becomes ice. The fish are placed in an inner bag together with clean environmental water that has been filtered or sterilized, surrounded by the plate-shaped environmental water ice, and placed in an outer case.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a soft plastic bag 1 for making plate-shaped ice. This bag 1 has an inlet/outlet 2 for water, and the inlet/outlet 2 functions as a stopper utilizing the adhesive properties of plastic. Such a bag may be, for example, a bag equipped with a special stopper as disclosed in US Pat. No. 4,674,532. The bag itself is foldable and the opening is small. If you fill a bag with water and freeze it on a flat shelf, it will become a sheet of ice, taking into account the volume increase and some remaining space when water turns into ice. The area and shape of the plate-shaped ice can be determined by selecting a bag of an appropriate shape and size, taking into account the shape and dimensions of the inner wall of the outer box for transporting live fish. The thickness of the ice should be around 1cm.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the inner bag 3 for storing live fish. It is a roughly rectangular parallelepiped bag made of soft plastic film. This bag is equipped with a live fish inlet/outlet 4, an air exchange port 5, etc., and is also foldable. The sealing function utilizes the adhesiveness of the film itself. A good example of such a bag is the bag disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-186658, ``Aquarium for Transporting Live Fish''. Both the ice making bag and this bag are foldable, so it is convenient to store, transport, and handle the bag alone, so it is a good idea to keep a large amount at your base.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of an assembled cross-section of a rectangular inner bag 3, a bag 1 containing plate-shaped ice, and an outer box 6 made of a rectangular cardboard box. The live fish 7 is placed in purified environmental water 8 in the inner bag 3, and the space 9 is replaced with oxygen. The ice is also made from purified environmental water. Therefore, when the live fish is transported from the base to the consumption area in the illustrated state, the environmental water of the live fish can be transported while keeping the live fish cool.

[Effects of the Invention] As can be understood from the description of the embodiments above, the present invention has many effects, which are listed below. (b) Not only can live fish be transported while keeping them appropriately cool, but the size and shape of the inner bag and ice can be freely selected according to the size and shape of the outer box, so transportation efficiency can be increased. Particularly when the outer box is rectangular, it is convenient for loading a large amount on a truck or vehicle. (b) The transported environmental water will be disposed of at retail stores and restaurants.
It can be used as aquarium water or as supplementary water. At home, you can use the environmental water to cook live fish. (c) Even when transporting freshly grated fish, if it is kept cold with environmental water ice, the ice can be melted and used as water for live fish tanks at the consumption area.

[0012] As can be understood from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the consuming place or consumer can obtain the water most suitable for the live fish at the same time as receiving the live fish, thereby reducing the availability of water in the habitat. This will be very convenient in urban areas and other areas where access is difficult.

[0013] Nowadays, the technology to artificially create hard water has progressed, so freshwater or natural water that has been added with inorganic salts to have a composition similar to that of the water in the habitat is also available. It can be turned into ice.
