【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は一般配管用ステンレス鋼管のような比
較的厚さの薄い管材を接合する管継手に関するも
のである。

けることにより継手端部の切欠部に嵌め込んだパ
ツキンを前記山型突起部に密着させてシールする
接続機構のものが知られている。ところが、ステ
ンレス鋼管に前記のような山型突起部を形成する
ためにはゴムを利用した拡管工具を現場で使用す
るものであるが、そのためには拡管工具のゴムに
大きい力を加えなければならず、作業性が悪いと
いう欠点があるうえステンレス鋼管の山型突起部
の斜面を利用しての締付は抜け出し阻止力が小さ
いという欠点があった。

する環状パツキンを介在させたことを特徴とする

環状パツキン4を介在させている。なお、前記管
継手本体2は中間のナツト状部6の両側に前記管
材1の均一径の拡管部5を挿入させる短筒部7を
突設したものとし、そして、該短筒部7の外周に
前記袋ナツト3を螺合させるための雄ねじ8を形
