ザからのパーソナル通信サービスアクセス要求に対し、
パーソナル通信ユーザまたはカードまたは端末のいずれ
かとデータベース間で該パーソナル通信ユーザの認証を
行い、パーソナル通信番号または該パーソナル通信ユー
ザを識別する識別子とその認証結果を該認証管理機能に
記憶し、以後該パーソナル通信ユーザからの発信信号を
交換ノードが受信し該交換ノードが前記データベースの
認証管理機能に認証結果を問い合わせることによりパー
