PURPOSE:To improve insulation and reliability of a coil conductor by sealing a spiral conductor pattern on one substrate surface of a printed wiring substrate and by forming a coil into an arbitrary shape. CONSTITUTION:A coil is formed of a conductive material into a shape fitting for a purpose of use between coil ends 3a, 3b on a substrate surface of a printed wiring substrate or a flexible printed wiring substrate 1. One end of a linear part 2a of the coil is connected to the coil end 3a and the other end of the linear part 2a is connected to one end of a coil arc part 2d. The other end of the arc part 2b is connected to one end of a linear part 2c and the other end of the linear part 2c is connected to one end of an arc part 2d of the coil. Thereby, one wound coil is formed.
