本考案は、ガーベラ等の各種切花を被覆保護す
る包装体に関するものである。

互に密着して通気性を阻害する他、花を挿通する
際に茎が大きな水抜孔を引つ掛けて破ることが多
く使用できなくなることもあつた。 また、微孔を多数透設したものもあるが、フイ
ルムに水分が付着するとその吸着力で花弁とフイ
ルムが密着して通気不良によりその部位の花弁が
退色し商品価値を悪くする問題もあつた。

ルムで袋体を形成し、該袋体に微孔を無数に透設
すると共に、袋体の内面側における夫々の微孔の
周囲に小突起を突設して成ることを構成としてい

り、小突起によつて花弁がフイルムに密着するこ
とがなく、通気性を確保できて退色を防止できる
と共に、無数の小突起によつて花弁が摩擦係止し
て安定配置できるのである。

以下、本考案の詳細を図示実施例で説明する。 第1図及び第2図に示す本例包装体Sは、直径
0.3mmの微孔を1mmの等間隔をおいて無数に透設
した厚み0.025mmのポリプロピレン二軸延伸フイ
ルム1を二枚重ね、その両側端部1aを熱溶着切
断して成るもので、上下を連通開口した逆台形状
をしている。 なお、該微孔Kは外周に多数の針状体を突出さ
せた熱ローラの圧着により施されるのであり、該
熱針の引き抜きの際にその部位の溶解したポリプ
ロピレンフイルム樹脂が引つ張られると共に収縮
硬化することで、熱針差込側面における夫々の微
孔Kの周囲に僅かな小突起Kaが突設されるので
ある(第3図参照)。このためフイルムの片面が
凹凸状となるのであり、本例ではフイルムの凹凸
面を内側面にしている。 このように構成した本例は従来と同様、第4図
のように切花の茎2bを上下の開口部に挿通して
その花冠部2aを包装体S内に収容配置して被覆
使用するのである。 本例によると次のような作用効果がある。 (イ) 微孔Kの内面側の小突起Kaによつて花弁と
フイルム1とが密着することを阻止でき通気性
を確保できて花弁の変色等の不良を防止でき
る。 (ロ) 無数の微孔Kの小突起Kaによつて花弁が係
止されることにより花冠部2aのズレを阻止で
き、保形性を良好に保持できて運搬にも好適と
なるのである。 さらに、小突起Kaによつて重なつたフイルム
が相互に密着しないため、且つ、二本の指で相互
に反対方向にこすり合わせることで内側に位置し
ている小突起Kaが外側のフイルムを通して裏ご
し的に指にかかり易くなるため外側のフイルムを
簡単に剥離できるのである。この剥離性が良好と
なるため、シート状に重ねてある包装体の一枚一
枚の取り出し、及び袋状とした包装体の口開きが
円滑にできる効果があり、現地での面倒な切花挿
通包装作業が迅速にできることが大きな特徴であ
る。また、この剥離性が良好なことから切花を被
覆した状態における包装位置の修正も容易となつ
て適正な包装状態を確保できるのである。 また、本例では、フイルムの両側端部1aで熱
溶着してあるため、切花を包装体Sから取り出す
場合、第5図のように夫々のフイルム1の下部を
つまんで引つ張れば該溶着部が剥離することか
ら、花弁の保形性を害することなく容易に取り出
せるのである。殊にフイルムの両側端部1aにも
微孔Kが透設してあるため接着面積が小さいこと
から一層簡単にフイルムを剥離できるのである。 この点、従来では茎を下に引つ張つり、或いは
包装体を下に移動させて切花を包装体から強制的
に抜いていたため、フイルムに圧着した花弁が変
形し或いは欠落することもあつて面倒な作業であ
つた。 本例は前記のように構成したが本考案において
はこれに限定されない。包装体の大きさ、形状は
問わず、第6図のように包装体を長くして切花全
体を収容するものでもよい。 また、微孔の配置状態も適宜であり、微孔の大
きさも任意であるが、直径0.2〜0.5mm位が強度の
点からして最適である。

方向にこすり合わせることで内側に位置している
小突起が外側のフイルムを介して指にかかり易く
なるため外側フイルムを簡単に剥離できることか
ら、シート状に重ねてある包装体の一枚一枚の取
り出し及び袋状とした包装体の口開きが円滑にで
きて面倒な切花包装作業が迅速にできる効果が大
きく、またその包装体の剥離性から切花を被覆し
た状態での包装位置の修正も容易となつて適正な
包装状態を確保できる作業上の利点もある。
