Conventional technology A plastic container for medical fluids such as distilled water or physiological saline has a small diameter opening for local cleaning of an affected area, and is used for cleaning surgical instruments, cleaning the affected area, diluting injection solutions, etc. When using a large amount of liquid at once, a structure that allows the opening to be opened with a large diameter is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 159550/1982. The one with a protrusion for opening it was made in 1988.
This is already known as described in Japanese Patent No. 24256.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention By the way, the conventional device described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-159550 has a structure in which both the small-diameter opening and the large-diameter opening are cut open and sealed by screws. The rim of the opened opening becomes an irregular uneven edge, and when the container is tilted to pour out liquid from the large opening, the liquid that flows out waves and scatters around. When discharging physiological saline into the affected area from the small-diameter opening, there was a drawback that it did not come out straight.

Furthermore, when opening a large-diameter opening, it is necessary to repeatedly turn the sealed part from side to side with considerable force from the point where the sealed part is threaded, which not only makes it difficult to open, but also The problem was that the container would shake and cause the liquid to overflow.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned conventional device has the disadvantage that if the lid is tightened excessively when screwing on the lid, the large diameter opening will open.

In addition, in the device described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-24256, the protrusion for opening with a small diameter is elongated and protrudes from the inner stopper, so it is difficult to carry or transport.
During storage or use, the protrusions often accidentally break when other objects hit them, causing problems such as leakage of the liquid content. Moreover, it has the disadvantage that once a large-diameter opening is opened, it can no longer be resealed.

In view of this problem, the present invention allows the spout at the upper end to be opened to both a small diameter and a large diameter, and when opening the large diameter, simply hook your finger on the protrusion and twist it. The opening operation is extremely easy, and not only does the liquid not overflow, but there is no unevenness on the edge of the large diameter opening, allowing the liquid to flow out smoothly when the container is tilted. This prevents the liquid from scattering when pouring out, and allows it to flow straight out when pouring out from a small-diameter opening. It also protects the tipping rod used to open the small-diameter opening, making it easier to transport and use. The object of the present invention is to provide a plastic container that can prevent the liquid contained therein from leaking during transportation, storage, or use.

In other words, the structure is a sealed plastic container for liquids that has a spout at the top end, and a top wall that seals the spout at the top has a wall along or within the rim of the spout. A thin annular part surrounding most of the top wall is formed, and a plurality of protrusions on which fingers can be hung and twisted are formed on the inside surrounded by the annular thin part of the top wall, and a small diameter thin part is formed between the plurality of protrusions. The plastic container is characterized in that a knock-down bar is formed on the upper side of the plastic container for tearing off the small-diameter thin-walled part, and the push-down bar is provided so as to be sandwiched and protected by the plurality of projections. .

Function As described above, the plastic container according to the present invention has a top wall that seals the spout at the upper end, and has an annular thin wall portion along the rim of the spout or surrounding most of the rim. A protrusion is provided in the part surrounded by the annular thin-walled part, so by simply placing your finger on this protrusion and twisting, the part surrounded by the annular thin-walled part presents an orderly cut. It is easily removed and the spout becomes a large diameter opening. Therefore, the edge of the large-diameter opening is not uneven but has a smooth end surface, so that the liquid to be poured out flows out without undulating or scattering. In addition, the large diameter opening
Since the part surrounded by the thin wall part is simply twisted and removed, the container can be opened with a small force without shaking, and there is no risk of overflowing the liquid at that time.

Furthermore, since the small-diameter, thin-walled portion is broken down and the bar is torn down, the edge of the opening does not become uneven, and the liquid can flow out straight from the small-diameter opening.

In addition, even though the knocking rod that opens the small diameter thin wall part protrudes from the ceiling wall, it is protected from being accidentally pushed and knocked down by the inside of multiple protrusions, so it can be easily transported and transported. , the liquid content will not leak during storage or use.

In FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a main body of a plastic container, and a spout 2 is formed in a protruding manner at the upper end of the main body, and the spout 2 is sealed with a top wall 3. There is. A male thread 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the spout portion 2, and a lid body 6 having a female thread 5 formed on the inner surface is removably attached. The top wall 3 of the spout section 2 is formed with a circular annular thin wall section 7 along the mouth edge of the spout section 2, and a portion surrounded by the annular thin wall section 7 is formed with respect to the center. Two protrusions 8 are provided so as to be point symmetrical. These two protrusions 8 are hooked with fingers and twisted, and the top wall 3
This is for twisting and cutting the part surrounded by the annular thin wall part 7. Further, a small-diameter thin-walled portion 9 is formed in the center of the portion surrounded by the annular thin-walled portion 7, and a knock-down bar 10 for tearing off the small-diameter thin-walled portion 9 is provided on top of this small-diameter thin-walled portion 9. are made to stand out. The knocking rod 10 is sandwiched between two protrusions 8, and is protected from being accidentally pushed and knocked down.

In the plastic container configured as above, when the spout 2 is a small diameter opening,
When the knocking rod 10 is pushed down as shown in FIG. 3, the small-diameter thin wall portion 9 is torn off, and that portion becomes a small-diameter opening. In addition, in order to make the spout part 2 a large-diameter opening, by placing your fingers on the two protrusions 8 and twisting them, the part surrounded by the annular thin wall part 7 of the top wall 3 will be twisted as shown in FIG. The entire spout portion 2 becomes a large-diameter opening. In this way, the large-diameter opening is formed by twisting and cutting the annular thin-walled portion 7, so the edges are smooth without being uneven, and the liquid to be poured out flows out smoothly. In particular, even if a large amount of liquid is poured out at once, it will not scatter. Further, according to the embodiment, since the spout portion 2 has the top wall 3, even if the opening has a large diameter, it can be closed with the lid 6, and furthermore, even if the lid 6 is screwed in excessively, it will not occur. They never open their mouths.

Other examples of the foregoing are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. That is, in this embodiment, the protrusion 8 is vertically raised from the thin-walled portion 7 along the edge of the spout, and the central portion is gently recessed, and the central portion is provided with a small diameter. It has a configuration in which a thin wall portion 9 is formed and a tilting rod 10 is made to protrude above the thin wall portion 9.

Effects of the invention According to the invention, the spout at the upper end can be opened to either a small diameter or a large diameter, and when opening a large diameter, the spout can be opened by simply twisting the spout by hooking the finger on the protrusion. The opening operation is extremely easy,
Not only does the liquid not overflow, but there are no irregularities on the large-diameter edge, allowing the liquid to flow out smoothly when tipping the container and preventing liquid from scattering during pouring. Moreover, since the small-diameter opening is opened by tearing off the small-diameter thin-walled portion with a knocking rod, the edges of the opening are not uneven, and the liquid can flow straight out from the small-diameter opening.
