[Industrial Application Field] The present invention has a spout that communicates with the inside and outside of the ceiling wall. A cap body that is attached to the mouth of the container,
The present invention relates to a container cap comprising an auxiliary cap having a stopper that fits into the spout when the cap body is attached to the cap body. [Prior Art] In JP-A-61-142150, an auxiliary cap is formed with a convex plug portion having a distal end surface, and a plurality of projections and depressions are formed on the distal end surface. . [Problem to be solved by the invention] In the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 142150/1983. The stopper part of the auxiliary cap is not simply cylindrical, but has an uneven shape with a tip surface, so the contents poured from the container and attached to the stopper part of the auxiliary cap are not simply cylindrical, but have an uneven surface at the tip end. It is held in place by surface tension and does not drip during use. However, in the case of liquids containing solids, such as dressings containing tartar sauce or relatively large spices, the solids adhere to the tip of the stopper, and the surface of the liquid contents adheres. The tension is unbalanced (by concentrating the liquid contents around the attached solids) and the container drips during use. In addition, when molding the cap, this plug is first formed into a cylindrical shape by recessing the top wall of the auxiliary cap, and then finishing by placing an embedder to fill the recess. Shape. For this reason, there is a drawback that the process of forming the cap is complicated. The present invention provides a container cap that is hygienic and can be used with a clean appearance by preventing the contents, including solid matter, from adhering to the stopper of the auxiliary cap from dripping during use of the container. The purpose is to [Means for Solving the Problems] The cap of the present invention includes a cap body that is attached to the mouth of the container and has a spout that communicates with the inside and outside of the top wall, and a cap that is attached to the cap body. In this case, the cap of the container is composed of an auxiliary cap having a plug part that fits into the spout, and the plug part of the auxiliary cap is formed into a plurality of concentric cylindrical shapes. [Operations and Effects] Since the plug part of the present invention is formed into a plurality of concentric cylindrical shapes, the contents adhering to the plug part are held in the gaps between the cylinders by surface tension, and do not drip during use. Hard to fall. In particular, when the contents are liquids containing solids, the solids will be trapped in the gaps between the cylinders due to the surface tension of the liquid contents. Therefore, it does not easily fall off during use, does not stain the surrounding area, and is hygienic and looks clean when used. The plug can be formed simultaneously with the formation of the auxiliary cap, and there is no need to provide an implant. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simpler than the conventional example, and costs can be reduced. In addition, since the plug part is formed into multiple concentric cylindrical shapes, it is particularly effective when the contents are liquids (non-oil dressing, etc.) that do not contain oil components (components or raw materials mainly composed of oil). It is. That is, since the water component (component or raw material mainly composed of water) has a stronger surface tension than the oil component, it tends to concentrate in one place and form droplets. Therefore, when the shape of the stopper is as shown in FIG. 1A, there is a corner a, so water components tend to concentrate at this corner a, and droplets are likely to form. However, if the shape of the plug part is a plurality of concentric cylinders as shown in Figure 1B, there is no corner a in Figure 1A, so the water component is dispersed evenly in the gaps, making it difficult to form drops. I think that the. Therefore, the container can be used hygienically and with a clean appearance without polluting the surrounding area during use. [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, reference numeral 1 denotes, for example, the cap of a glass bottle container containing dressing as its contents. This cap 1 consists of a cap body 2 that is attached to the opening 26 of a bottle (container) 25, and an auxiliary cap 10 that is attached to the cap body 2. The cap body 2 and the auxiliary cap 10 are made of hard plastic. They are integrally molded and connected by hinges or the like. The cap body 2 is mounted on the top of the cylindrical surrounding wall 3.
A top wall 4 is formed, and a female thread 5 is formed on the inner periphery of the surrounding wall 3 so that the surrounding wall 3 can be screwed onto a male thread 27 on the outer periphery of the mouth 26 of the container 25 in a liquid-tight manner. A spout 6 with a large diameter, which serves as an outlet for taking out the contents, is provided in the ceiling wall 4 disposed at the mouth 26 of the spout 25, and a contents take-out guide tube 7 is provided above the spout 6.
However, there is also a content guide cylinder 7a at the bottom of the spout 6.
are connected to the ceiling wall 4, respectively. Furthermore, ridges 8, 8 are formed around the top wall 4 to fit into the auxiliary cap 10. The auxiliary cap 10 is connected to the top wall 11 of the auxiliary cap.
A cylindrical surrounding wall 12 whose inner peripheral part fits into the ridge 8 of the cap main body 2 is formed on the periphery of the cap, and a plug part 13 which fits into the hole 6 of the cap main body 2 is formed at the lower part of the top wall 11 of the auxiliary cap. It is formed. This plug portion 13 has a plurality of concentric cylinders 13a, 13b---central axis 14
etc., height α (8.0mm) and gap β (1.3mm)
It is formed integrally with the top wall 11 of the auxiliary cap at the lower part of the top wall 11 of the auxiliary cap. Experimental data for products implementing the present invention and conventional products in which the height α and gap β were varied are as described below.
15 is a finger hook provided at the free end of the auxiliary cap 10, 16 is a hinge provided at two intervals at the hinge side end, and 17 is provided between the hinges 16 and has peripheral walls 2 of the cap body 1 at both ends. This is a connecting portion in which the peripheral wall 12 of the auxiliary cap 10 and the peripheral wall 12 of the auxiliary cap 10 are connected. Experiment Pour dressing (oil-free, grated radish) into 6 types of containers with different auxiliary caps. Shake the container several times (to make the contents adhere to the stopper) Open the auxiliary cap, keep the container horizontal, and observe whether the contents that have adhered to the stopper fall out. Perform 10 experiments for each type of container. Experimental result

Figure 1 A is an explanatory diagram of the case where the shape of the plug of the auxiliary cap has a corner a, where aqueous content tends to concentrate and droplets are formed, and Figure 1 B shows the shape of the plug of the auxiliary cap. An explanatory diagram showing that when the shape is multiple concentric cylinders, there are no corners, so the aqueous content is evenly distributed in the gaps and no drops are formed. Figure 2 shows how to connect the cap body to the bottle and open and close the auxiliary cap. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the cap body with the auxiliary cap opened, Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the auxiliary cap with a portion cut away, and Fig. 5 shows the state of the cap attached to the stopper of the auxiliary cap. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram for experimentally observing the dropping of contents. 2...Cap body, 4...Top wall, 6...Spout, 10...Auxiliary cap, 13...Bung portion.
