Claims (1)
- 光フアイバ内に発生する散乱光をＯＴＤＲ法に
より検出し、光フアイバ各部の温度を測定する光
フアイバ式分布温度センサにおいて、散乱率の異
なる複数のフアイバを接続してセンサ用光フアイ
バを構成したことを特徴とする光フアイバ式分布
温度センサ。
