Claims (1)
られる遊星歯車と、該遊星歯車の公転により回転
せしめられる出力軸とからなる遊星歯車機構から
なる減速装置において、前記サンギヤの下縁部に
嵌合されて一体回転するサンギヤ支持ブロツクに
上下方向に貫通する導通孔を形成したうえ、前記
サンギヤの回転に従つて、下方の潤滑油を前記導
通孔の下部開口部から掬い上げて、上部開口部か
ら上方の前記サンギヤのスプライン結合部を強制
潤滑するようにしたことを特徴とする減速装置の
潤滑構造。 (2) 上記潤滑油の導通孔として、サンギヤの回
転と共に、一体回転しながら潤滑油を掬い上げる
斜状の下部開口部を反対方向に向けて形成した2
本のパイプ材をX状にブロツクに挿通したことを
特徴とする請求項(1)記載の減速装置の潤滑構造
。 (3) 上記潤滑油の導通孔として、サンギヤの回
転と共に一体回転しながら潤滑油を掬い上げる斜
状の下部開口部を形成した2本のパイプ材をブロ
ツクの中心に対して両側位置で斜状かつ並行に挿
通したことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の減速装
置の潤滑構造。 (4) 上記潤滑油の導通孔として、長手方向に沿
つて取付けた仕切板により形成した断面半円状の
2本の通孔下端にサンギヤの回転と共に、一体回
転しながら潤滑油を掬い込む斜面開口部を、前記
仕切板の両側に形成してなるパイプ材をブロツク
に略垂直に挿通したことを特徴とする請求項(1)
