    つて、 上記ワークＷの開口部１の開口端縁１ａに押圧
    されるパツキン６を、その開口縁５に有するケー
    シング体４と、該ケーシング体４の内部へエアー
    を噴出するノズル部７と、該ノズル部７へエアー
    を供給するエアー供給路８と、上記ケーシング体
    ４内のエアーを排出するエアー排出路９とを、備
    えたことを特徴とする除塵装置。
