Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely hold a tube at a predetermined position when the tube is mounted on an electric wire and easily automate tube attaching by forming an installation hole on an inner face of a pair of opening/closing members equipped with air intake holes. CONSTITUTION:An installation hole 12 of a tube T and air intake holes 13,13,... are formed on an inner face of a pair of opening/closing members 11,11. An entrance part of the installation hole 12 of the tube T is expanded in a trumpet shape, where the air intake holes 13,13,... are opened and an inner diameter of the installation hole 12 is slightly larger than an outer diameter of the tube T to be used. Therefore by opening the opening/closing members 11,11, the tube T can be easily placed in the installation hole 12 formed on the inner face of the members and also it can be attracted to the inner face of the installation hole 12 so that it can be securely held. Thus the tube can be easily attached to the electric wire.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is common for each wire to be labeled with an identification code for the convenience of safety inspections, etc., on internal wiring of control panels, switchboards, and the like. Various methods are used to attach this identification code, but the most common method is to attach a cylindrical part called a wire mark tube (hereinafter simply referred to as a tube) to both ends of the wire. It is something.

A wire with a diameter that matches the outer diameter of the wire to be used is used, and the end of the wire with the sheath removed over a specified length is inserted into the tube, and then a terminal is attached to the wire or these - All of the work involved is generally done by hand.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention With this prior art, when attaching a tube to an electric wire, it is necessary to hold both the tube and the electric wire by hand and optimize their relative positions, which requires considerable skill. This work is a tedious work that requires a high degree of attentiveness and can only be done quickly by the operator. Further, even if this were to be automated, the reality is that there is no suitable method for reliably holding the tube in a predetermined position because the tube is soft and easily deformed.

Function: With this configuration, by opening the opening/closing member, the tube can be easily placed in the mounting hole formed on the inner surface of the opening/closing member. After placing the tube, the opening/closing member is closed and the air between the inner surface of the mounting hole and the tube is sucked through the intake hole, so that the tube is attracted to the inner surface of the mounting hole and held securely. I can do it.

Furthermore, if the entrance portion of the mounting hole is widened and an intake hole is provided there, the mouth of the soft tube can be actively expanded outward, making insertion of the electric wire even easier.

Furthermore, when a recess is formed on the inner surface of the mounting hole, suction force can be applied to the tube over a wide area depending on the size of the recess, so that the tube can be held more reliably. Therefore, if the concave portion is formed into a continuous groove along the inner surface of the mounting hole, the suction force will be applied to the entire circumference of the tube, making it possible to hold the tube more reliably.

On the other hand, since the material of the tube, such as vinyl chloride, is thermoplastic, blowing hot air at the entrance of the mounting hole can soften the tube, making it easier to expand the tube opening. It can be more reliably adsorbed to the inner surface of the mounting hole.

After inserting the electric wire W into the tube T, when suction by the suction device is stopped, the suction force on the tube T disappears and the tube T is no longer held. In the above description, the opening/closing member 11.11 can also be opened laterally (FIG. 5) instead of opening upward as in FIG. 1. In that case, by fixing the lower opening/closing member 11 and driving only the upper opening/closing member 11, the lower half of the mounting hole 12 formed in the former can be opened upward. supply is easier. Further, at this time, since the supplied tube T does not fall into the groove, there is no restriction on the opening angle of the opening/closing member 11.11.

Other embodiments The opening/closing members 11.11 may be arranged vertically without providing the hinge part 14 (FIG. 6), in which one opening/closing member 11 is fixed and only the other opening/closing member 1 is placed vertically. It can be opened and closed by driving in the direction. Since both sides of the mounting hole 12 can be opened, the tube T is supplied from one side,
The electric wire W with the tube T attached can be taken out from the other side.

The intake holes 13, 13... are 1 in the axial direction of the mounting hole 12.
They may be provided in a row or in two or more rows (as shown in the figure). At this time, the mouth of the tube T can be expanded by providing at least one row of the holes at the entrance of the mounting hole 12 which expands into a trumpet shape.

The recesses 13a, 13a, . . ., through which the intake holes 13, 13, . For example, if the recess 13a1]-3a is changed to grooves 13b, 13b continuous along the inner surface of the mounting hole 12 (Fig. 8), the suction force by the intake hole 13.13 can be applied to the entire circumference of the tube T. Therefore, the number of intake holes 13, 13, . . . provided in the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 12 can be reduced, and the tube T can be held more reliably.

Place the tube T in the mounting hole 12 and open/close the opening/closing member 11.11.
After closing, suction may be started from the intake holes 13, 13, etc., and hot air may be blown to the entrance of the mounting hole 12. Since the tube T is made of a thermoplastic material such as vinyl chloride, the tube T can be softened by hot air, making it easier to expand the mouth of the tube T, and making it more secure to attach the tube T to the inner surface of the mounting hole 12. can be adsorbed to. In this case, the temperature of the opening/closing member [1.1] itself may be raised by embedding a suitable heater or the like, and further,
The tube T may be softened only by increasing the temperature of the opening/closing member 11.11.

In addition, while the tube T is adsorbed to the inner surface of the mounting hole 12, the opening/closing member 11.11 is opened somewhat (by doing so, the tube T can be expanded in the radial direction as a whole, and the electric wire W can be inserted easily. In this case, the inner diameter of the tube T can be increased over its entire length, so by selecting a tube with a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the electric wire W, It is also possible to wear it with a tight fit.

As described in detail, according to the present invention, a mounting hole having an intake hole is formed on the inner surface of a pair of opening/closing members, and the tube is placed in the mounting hole and the opening/closing member is closed to intake air. By suctioning through the hole, the tube can be securely held in the mounting hole, and at this time, electric wires can be easily inserted into the held tube, making it easy to automate the tube installation process. There is an excellent effect that can be done.
