Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture in a factory by providing box shape bodies with the upper faces thereof opened and a plate like deck in the shape of covering the opening parts, and providing reinforcing ribs on the side walls of the box shape bodies, thereby allowing the box shape bodies to be provided precasting members for the like. CONSTITUTION:This pontoon is formed by connecting two concrete box shape bodies 2, 2, and its upper part is closed with a plate like deck 3. Each box shape body 2 is provided with a cavity 1 inside, and the upper face is opened rectangularly. The box shape body 2 is further provided with a thick wall part 10 into which PC steel bars as connecting fittings 7 can be inserted through, and also with reinforcing ribs 5 formed on outer face front-rear side walls 4. A longitudinal rubber fender 6 is rigidly fixed to each reinforcing rib 5, and a mooring component 12 provided with rollers is screw-fastened to the upper edge of the side wall 4.

本発明は、主としてコンクリート製のプレキャスト水面
浮上体、すなわち、ポンツーンに関するものである。
The present invention relates primarily to precast concrete floating bodies, ie pontoons.

[Conventional technology] Conventional structures for pontoons include those in which concrete is poured around a polystyrene foam and the bottom and surrounding sides are covered with concrete, boxes made of FRP or steel, and simple boxes made of concrete cast in place. . Conventionally, many of these were filled with foamed polystyrene, etc., because it was difficult to completely stop water when the inside was made hollow to provide buoyancy. In addition, the side walls were smooth and needed to be thick enough to withstand the collision of ships. Furthermore, since it was made in one piece and floated on the sea, it was heavy and long. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Filling with foamed polystyrene as described above would inevitably be expensive, and increasing the wall thickness would naturally increase the overall weight, making it uneconomical. In addition, since the -span was manufactured as one piece and floated on the sea, it was difficult to transport it over land, and manufacturing locations were limited to areas near the sea where large cranes were installed. Therefore, the challenge was to develop a pontoon that is easy to manufacture and transport, is economical, has no restrictions on manufacturing locations, and is sufficiently durable for practical use. [Means to solve the problem]

In this case, a connecting fitting (7) is used between the box-shaped body (2) and (2), and a fixing fitting buried in the box-shaped body (2) is used to integrate the box-shaped body (2) and the plate deck (3). It is best to screw the insert (8) into the screw hole from the upper side of the plate deck (3). A good connection fitting is made of PC steel, such as PC

[Function] With the above structure, the pontoon can be provided as a divided concrete precast member. Therefore, manufacturing in a factory, transportation, installation on site, and furthermore, disassembly, landing, and repair work are easy because small or medium-sized parts are handled. The price is reduced because the interior is hollow rather than filled with Styrofoam. It has a hollow structure with reinforcing ribs (5) on the side walls (4) of the box-shaped main body (2).
), it is possible to make only the part where the fender comes into contact with the ship have a thick cross section to give it strength, and the other parts can have a thin cross section to make it lighter. [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention. As seen in the figure, this pontoon has two concrete box-shaped bodies (2) (2) connected to each other, and the upper plate deck (3) is sealed as a lid. The material of the plate deck (3) is reinforced concrete, resin, or steel plate. Each of the box-shaped bodies (2) has a cavity (1) inside and has a rectangular opening at the top. One end of the bottom surface is formed in an inclined state. The other side is an upright wall that can be combined, and there is a connecting metal inside!
(7) A thick walled portion (10) through which a PC steel rod can be inserted is provided. The outer front and rear side walls (4) of the box-shaped main body (2) form reinforcing ribs (5),
Only that part is thick. Vertical rubber fenders (6) are fixed to each of the reinforcing ribs (5). A blocking part (12) with rollers is screwed onto the upper edge of the side wall (4). The plate deck (3) has a flat surface, and fenders (6) made of Go-11 are fixed to the front and rear edges of the plate. An insertion hole (13) is provided on the upper surface of the plate-shaped deck (3) into which a cross-shaped locking fitting is inserted, and a box-shaped main body (2) is provided.
Fixing insert (8) provided on the upper edge of the side wall (4) of the
) Screw the threaded part of the stopper fitting (9) into the tapped hole. The fixing insert (8) is embedded in the box-shaped body (2), and the fixing hole (1) provided in the plate deck (3) is embedded in the box-shaped body (2).
The box-shaped body (2) and the plate-shaped deck (3) are integrated by inserting screws into the box-shaped body (2) and screwing them from the upper side of the plate-shaped deck (3). It is a conventional method to apply waterproof paint or the like to the surface of the box-shaped body (2) or to use a seal pad at the joint with the plate-like deck (3). Although the above embodiment is an example in which the reinforcing ribs (5) are provided on the outer surface of the side wall, the same effect can be obtained even if the reinforcing ribs (5) are provided on the inner surface of the side wall. An example is shown in FIG. In this example, the reinforcing rib (5
) are provided in a cross shape not only on the inner surface of the side wall but also on the bottom surface of the box-shaped body (2).

The pontoon of the present invention has the above-described structure, so that the box-shaped body (2) is made of small or medium-sized divided reinforced concrete, light concrete, or GR.
It is provided as a precast member made of concrete composite material such as C. Therefore, it was possible to manufacture the product in a factory, and there was no problem with land transportation. Installation on site, as well as dismantling, landing, repair work, etc. will be easier. The multiple connections of the box-shaped body are made using the vertical tightening method, which allows for complete integration and the ability to withstand repeated loads from waves and the like. Therefore, it is especially suitable as a beach leisure facility such as a harbor or a motor boat base.
