Currently, the following four types of sheets are mainly used for construction work, depending on the method of manufacturing the sheet. First, the laminated sheet material is an impermeable sheet material made by laminating a sheet material such as a film made of thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin to a relatively coarse synthetic fiber knitted fabric, and then a laminated sheet material is made of a sheet material such as a film made of thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin. A thermoplastic resin-coated yarn (hereinafter referred to as a yarn) in which the core is a yarn and the sheath is coated with a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride resin containing a flame retardant in a range of 50 to 400% by weight based on the core. ) is knitted or woven into a mesh-like material, and the mesh-like material is heat-treated to melt and bond the intersecting portions of the resin-coated threads.
The third type of mesh-like knitted fabric is about 10 to 70%, and the third type is gutt made from dyed synthetic resin such as vinylidene chloride resin and polyolefin resin.
After weaving and knitting filamentous materials such as fiberglass or fibrillated split yarns into comparatively coarse synthetic fiber knitted fabrics,
The fourth is a resin-coated sheet-like product coated with a transparent resin that does not interfere with dye-based dyeing, and the fourth is a sheet-like product that is braided into a lattice mesh using flame-retardant-containing synthetic fiber dyed yarn. It is used depending on the purpose.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Various technical proposals have been made to improve the above-mentioned sheet for construction work, regarding strength, flameproof performance, dimensions, durability of eyelets, etc. for example,
Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-53471 describes a sewing technique for reinforcing the eyelets of coarse sheets, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-53471
Publication No. 34577 discloses a technique for laminating a self-extinguishing plastic film on a woven or knitted fabric to produce a sheet-like material for construction work. However, the color of the sheet has not been studied so far, and the current situation is that the color of the sheet is mainly a single color such as blue, green, or orange, which has a poor sign effect and is not aesthetically pleasing. In other words, when coarse-grained sheets for construction work are normally used for large-scale construction such as high-rise buildings, they are not only used to prevent danger from falling objects, but also because they are often seen by many people, and especially in urban areas, they are used on billboards during the construction period. It is also fully possible to use it as a substitute for. Also,
For people actually engaged in work surrounded by construction sheets and passersby, if the sheets are of a single color, it is difficult to distinguish green and blue colors with scotopic vision. On the other hand, for the orange and yellow colors, it is difficult to identify the sheets with photopic vision, and an unexpected accident may occur. In particular, in the case of third parties such as passersby, being able to identify them quickly is useful for preventing accidents from the perspective of predicting danger. Therefore, from the viewpoint of danger prevention and danger prediction, it is possible to use a single color sheet of blue or green in combination with sheets of different colors such as orange or red to change the color tone, or to write letters and designs with ink on a single color sheet. Methods such as painting were practiced.

That is, the present invention is a mesh-like knitted fabric made of yarn-dyed yarns of two or more colors, in which the yarn-dyed yarns are arranged in the weft and weft directions and integrally joined at intersections in the weft and weft directions. The gist of the invention is a coarse sheet for construction work that is coated with a resin-like material to the extent that

The yarn-dyed yarn material according to the present invention is a resin-like material whose core is a dyed synthetic fiber yarn or a yarn made of synthetic fiber, natural fiber, or inorganic fiber, and whose sheath portion contains a flame retardant and a pigment. A yarn coated with is preferred. Next, as a pigment, a stable compound is preferable in terms of light resistance and thread-spinning property, such as anthraquinone type,
Heat-resistant organic pigments such as phthalocyanine-based and polyazo-based pigments and inorganic pigments such as ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, cadmium yellow, and chrome green are preferred. In order to obtain a spun-dyed yarn, a predetermined amount of the above-mentioned pigment powder or master chips can be mixed with synthetic resin chips, and the mixture can be melt-spun and stretched in a conventional manner.

Next, the resin-like material covering the coarse knitted fabric is preferably a synthetic resin that can be fused by heat or high frequency, such as polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin, polyester ether resin, polyurethane resin, polyolefin resin, etc. is desirable. Furthermore, materials made of synthetic rubber or natural rubber such as neoprene and hypalon, or mixtures of synthetic rubber, natural rubber, and the above synthetic resins can also be used.

As for the coating method, either dipping or coating may be used. Furthermore, in order to reduce the apparent specific gravity of the resin-like material, a lighter covering sheet can be obtained by mixing a foaming agent into the coating resin solution in advance and foaming it with heat or the like.

In addition, filaments of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. containing pigments, flame retardants, etc., and synthetic fiber threads such as split yarns are used, and are woven relatively coarsely to create transparent resin that does not interfere with dope dyeing. They may be integrally joined at intersections. In addition, we also offer spun-dyed polyethylene containing pigments and flame retardants.
With regard to sheet-like objects that are braided into ratcelle fabrics using filaments such as polypropylene or mesh yarns such as split yarns, the intersections of the yarns in the weft and warp directions are incorporated in the structure, so no movement of the yarns is observed, and the resin There is no need for integral bonding using a shaped object, and in this case a highly flexible sheet can be obtained.

Next, the threads of the necessary colors are prepared based on a predetermined design, and a coarse sheet on which patterns, patterns, etc. are drawn is created by knitting and weaving. In other words, if you require depth of color, select yarn-dyed threads of the same color with different shades of two or three or more colors.
By arranging them alternately in the longitudinal and longitudinal directions, coarse-grained sheets with fine shading and deep colors with high decorative effects can be obtained. Furthermore, if you want to include a checkered pattern or a design of your company, etc., you can create it using a Jiyagard loom or the like. In order to increase the effectiveness of the sign, using complementary colors such as a checkered pattern will help third parties such as passersby more clearly recognize where the construction work is being carried out. . In addition, in order to further enhance the identification effect, a material with a retroreflective sheet material or a material coated with fluorescent pigments can be used to obtain an even higher marking effect. good.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily apply grid patterns, design patterns, etc. to coarse-grained sheets for construction work, and the signage effect is high.It also has a decorative effect and can be used as an advertising billboard. It is possible.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, it is possible to express a pattern, design, company name, etc. on a coarse sheet by using a yarn-dyed yarn, and the pattern and color effect make it visible to workers, passersby, etc. Coarse sheets for construction work can be used as signs to help predict danger. In addition, in urban areas, the rough sheets can be used as advertising towers with high decorative effects because letters or designs can be expressed on them.
