(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, as a method for producing a net-like sheet made of synthetic resin, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 42-6029 discloses a process for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet having a uniform thickness on one side or A method is described in which a large number of recesses of a certain size are provided at regular intervals on both sides, and the sheet is stretched lengthwise and laterally to form openings at the positions of the recesses. However, in this method, once the sheet is produced, it is embossed and then stretched, which makes the manufacturing process complicated, and it is difficult to make the openings, that is, the shape of the mesh, uniform, resulting in unevenness on the product surface and poor texture. There are other problems.

Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-24670, a thermoplastic resin is extruded from a rotating die at the tip of an extruder to form a group of double inner and outer threads arranged in a cylindrical shape, and the threads are crossed by the rotation of the rotating die. , a method for manufacturing a net is described in which a cylindrical net is produced by welding the intersections, and the cylindrical net is cut to form a flat net. However, this method has a problem in that the cylindrical mesh is cut open after the cylindrical mesh is produced, and therefore the manufacturing process is time-consuming. Furthermore, since the threads are crossed by rotating the rotating die, there is a problem in that only four-sided meshes can be manufactured.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a mold, which is attached to the tip of a general-purpose extruder for synthetic resins. Mold 1
A recess 11 is provided along the width direction on the front surface, and a resin passage 13 is provided inside the recess 11 such that a resin discharge port 12 opens therein. Since the rotary roll 2, which will be described later, is provided in the recess 11 with its outer peripheral surface facing, the recess 11 generally has an arcuate cross section along the outer peripheral surface of the rotary roll 2, as shown in FIG. Further, the recess 11 does not necessarily have to have an arcuate cross section, and at least the inner surface of the recess 11 extending from the resin discharge port 12 in the rotation direction of the rotating roll, that is, the land portion 14 may have an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll 2. It only needs to be curved. Further, 15 is a manifold provided at the resin discharge port 12.

may be provided so that the mesh has an appropriate shape such as circular, oval, rectangular, polygonal, etc. Further, the rotating roll 2 is rotated by a drive device such as a motor in synchronization with the amount of resin discharged from the extruder.

First, the molten resin 5 is forced into the resin passage 13 of the mold 1 from inside the extruder, extruded in a sheet form from the resin discharge port 12 through the manifold 15, and is press-fitted into the grooves 21 on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll 2. . At this time, the rotating roll 2 is rotating in synchronization with the resin discharge amount of the extruder, and the land portion 1 of the recess 11 of the mold 1
4, the molten resin 5 is sequentially press-fitted into the grooves 21 in the rotational direction of the rotating roll 2. Next, as the rotary roll 2 rotates, the molten resin 5 in the grooves 21 is sequentially guided to the outside of the mold 1, brought into contact with the cooling roll 3, and cooled. Next, the cooling resin 5' in the grooves 21 is sequentially peeled off from the rotating roll 2 by the cooling roll 3 and the peeling roll 4, and taken off. Further, the cooled resin 5', that is, the reticulated sheet, may be subsequently stretched uniaxially or biaxially as appropriate.

(Effects of the Invention) As detailed above, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, the molten resin in the extruder is press-fitted into the grooves of the mesh on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll, and the rotating roll is rotated to transfer the molten resin in the grooves into the mold. The resin is sequentially guided to the outside of the mold from the concave portion, brought into contact with a cooling roll to be cooled, and the resin in the grooves is sequentially peeled off from the rotating roll, so that the reticulated sheet can be continuously extruded and manufacturing is not labor-intensive.

In addition, since the molten resin is press-fitted into the grooves of the mesh on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating roll, it is easy to continuously form mesh sheets having meshes of various shapes by using the rotating roll having grooves of the mesh of various shapes. can be manufactured. Moreover, the outer circumferential surface of the rotating roll comes into sliding contact with the inner surface of the mold recess along the direction of rotation of the resin discharge port at least, and this makes it easy to produce a reticulated sheet with a uniform thickness and even mesh. can do.
