秤量をするためには両秤量計をそれぞれ校正しか
つ微調整しなければならずその上構造的にも複雑
かつ余分なスペースを必要とした。

ンライン水分計の実施例を示す。通常一台の乾燥
式の水分計はオフライン式であり、サンプルを手
操作で水分計に投入し、乾燥後再び手操作で取り
出す方式である。しかし本発明では水分計はオン
ライン式であり、サンプルの投入、乾燥、排出が
全自動で行われる。すなわち、本発明による水分
計は共通の機枠上に取付けられる上下二段のホツ
パ1及び2を備えている。上方のホツパ1はフレ
ーム3,4及び5を介して共通の機枠に結合され
ている。更にフレーム3,4及び5はそれぞれ機
枠上のロードセル6,7及び8の上に載せられて
いる。またロードセル6,7及び8は、それぞれ
固定ブラケツト9,10及び11の上に固定され
ていて1つの秤量機を形成する。
