Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の発光素子と、前記発光素子と光学的
に結合した複数の受光素子と、前記受光素子間の
出力差の検出部を備えることを特徴とする光結合
素子。 (2) 前記複数の受光素子間に受光素子アレイを
設け、該受光素子アレイの出力を抵抗器を介して
スイツチング用トランジスタの入力に接続し、前
記検出部の出力によつて動作するバイパス用トラ
ンジスタを前記抵抗器に並列に接続したことを更
に特徴とする請求項(1)に記載の光結合素子。 (3) 前記検出部としてコンパレータを使用する
ことを更に特徴とする請求項(1)または(2)に記載
の光結合素子。
