Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉ケース内に収納され、かつ該ケースの
    底板上に支持台を介して載置した誘電体共振器を
    、これら共振器と支持台の各内孔を挿通する固定
    ボルトによつてケース底板に結合してなるものに
    おいて、前記固定ボルトと密閉ケースにそれぞれ
    冷却空気用流入出口を形成し、前記一方の流入出
    口より冷却空気を密閉ケース内に流入し、他方の
    流入出口より冷却空気を流出させることにより共
    振器を冷却するようにしたことを特徴とする誘電
    体共振器装置。 (2) 前記支持台が誘電体共振器と同一材料で一
    体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記
    載の誘電体共振器装置。
