Abstract

PURPOSE:To exhibit a relief-like picture pattern by a transmitting light by a picture pattern forming method wherein coloring acrylic resin powder is kneaded with a transparent synthetic adhesive to form a paint of an appropriate color, and the paint is applied on a light-transmitting panel to be raised. CONSTITUTION:Acrylic resins 10-12 of various colors are ground into fine powder 20-22. One or more kinds of the respective powder are mixed and kneaded with a transparent glue (synthetic adhesive) to form paints 30-32. These paints 30-32 are applied on a light-transmitting panel B to be raised, whereby a picture pattern A is drawn. The pattern A drawn in this manner has a relief feeling as well as multi-color properties and light-transmitting properties. Thus, this method is used as a color pattern applying means for a lamp shade of a lighting equipment or a new picture pattern applying means for other articles.
