The shoe sole is attached to a female mold that is divided into two parts, with a space corresponding to the sole, and molten resin is injected into the female mold from any appropriate position of the female mold, injection molding is performed, and a sewn shoe cover with an insole is made. Shoes are manufactured by integrally molding the sole and resin.

点があつた。 In order to put a last in the sewn shoe cover (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as a shoe cover) and expand the shoe cover, the shoe cover material and the inner sole are sewn together. The thread tension was weakened when sewing the bottom material. This is not only to allow the foot to be covered with a shoelace, but also to make it easier to correct any bends, etc. after the shoe has been worn. However, when the thread tightening is weakened in this way, there is a drawback that molten resin seeps out from between the lining material and the insole material, causing spots or linear burrs.

There is a method of sealing the gap between the cover material and the insole material using a glue such as latex or polyvinyl chloride paste, or pasting tape and then injection molding. This method is extremely time-consuming, and even if equipment for sealing and taping was developed, the costs were unavoidable.

In other words, the present invention is a california jacket made by sewing the seam allowance of the cover material and the seam allowance of the insole material in a state of joining hands.
A sewn inner sole for injection molded shoes, characterized in that a narrow strip-like body made of a cushioning material is narrowly attached and sewn between the inner sole and the inner sole. It's about the cover.
以下、本考案を具体的に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below.

In addition, it is not preferable to use a material that is so wide that it protrudes outward from the end surface of the cover material or the insole material.

本考案に含まれる。 It would be convenient and normal to sew the narrow strip by drawing a loop over the entire sewn part, but this may cause spots inside the shoe, such as at the toe area. However, there are cases in which parts that do not cause problems in terms of appearance may be omitted, and such cases are of course included in the present invention.

Even if the foot shape is placed inside the sewing machine with an insole of the present invention and the insole material or the insole material is expanded, the thin strip-like body made of the cushioning material to be sewn is weakly tightened on the left and right sides. Even if a gap is created due to the tension between the cover material and the insole material, it will not move from the position that fills the gap. Further, since the narrow strip itself is made of a cushioning material, it is compressed when sewn, and the gap widens and expands itself, so that the gap can be sufficiently filled. Therefore, spot-like seepage of the injected resin into the inside of the shoe, that is, into the inside of the shoe, is completely prevented.

The sewn cover with an insole for injection molded shoes of the present invention is extremely efficient without any difficulties in sewing technology, and completely prevents the seepage of injection molded resin into the inside of the shoe. Even in the case of shoes in which the color of the sole resin is different from that of the midsole and the back of the shoe, aesthetic problems do not occur.
