入セツトされた後に蓋かごを回転かご外側に被せ
るように下降させる前記可動台車に装備された蓋
かご昇降装置と、蓋かご被嵌の回転かごをタンク
内の煎餅味付液に網かご収納煎餅が浸漬するよう
に下降させ且つ煎餅味付完了後に液面上の遠心脱
液位置とタンク上方の網かごセツト位置に2段階
に上昇移動させる前記機枠に装備した台車昇降装
置と、煎餅味付完了後の回転かごを液面上の遠心
脱液位置で高速回転させる前記可動台車に装備さ
れた主軸回転装置とを具備してなる煎餅味付機。
