(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to efficiently insulate cultivated crops in greenhouses made of glass or vinyl, a heat-retaining curtain of transparent vinyl sheets was placed in double layers from the top to the sides of the greenhouse. They are hung so as not to impair their heat retention effect during cold seasons and at night.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, as the crops grown indoors are covered with these heat-insulating curtains, they respire as living organisms, such as assimilating carbon dioxide. However, because there is a temperature difference between the outside chamber of the thermal curtain and the inside chamber of the greenhouse greenhouse, water droplets adhere to the inside of the thermal curtain and drip onto the surface of the cultivated crops, which is detrimental to their growth. It is also a cause of influence.

Additionally, although the vinyl double curtains hung inside the greenhouse can be opened and closed as needed,
As a result of neglecting or forgetting to open and close the opening/closing operation, appropriate ventilation cannot be provided to the cultivated crops, which may cause high-temperature damage or low-temperature damage to the cultivated crops inside. This will lead to the situation. Furthermore, since double curtains are used inside the house, facility costs are also higher than when using single curtains.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, in the present invention, a synthetic resin film and a non-woven mat are fixed to each other, and the synthetic resin film is The aim was to provide a heat insulating sheet with countless minute perforations perforated in the heat insulating sheet, in order to effectively deal with the above-mentioned problems.

(Example 1) First, in FIG. 1 showing an enlarged sectional view of the heat insulation sheet S of the first example, 1 is a transparent synthetic resin film with a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.8 mm, and 2 is a film with a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.8 mm. The mats are made of non-woven fabric and have a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.5 mm, and are fixed to the back surface of the synthetic resin film 1 at appropriate intervals as if pasted. 3 is 20~
A large number of minute ventilation holes of about 30 microns are provided from the synthetic resin film 1 on the surface to the nonwoven fabric mat 2. This ventilation hole 3 is desirably deep enough so that the back surface of the nonwoven fabric mat 2 does not protrude.

(Example 2) Next, in FIG. 1 showing an enlarged sectional view of the heat insulating sheet S of the second example, 4 is made of the same material as the synthetic resin film 1 on the surface of the first example.
It is a translucent synthetic resin film with a thickness of about 0.8 mm, and is adhered to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric mat 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a large number of fine ventilation holes of about 20 to 30 microns, which are formed in large numbers from the synthetic resin film 4 on the back side to the nonwoven fabric mat 2. The heat retaining sheet S of the second embodiment has synthetic resin films 1 and 4 fixed to both the front and back sides of a nonwoven fabric mat 2, and ventilation holes 3, It is preferable that the ventilation holes 3 and 5 are provided in a positional relationship in which the positions of the ventilation holes 3 and 5 do not match vertically. In this case as well, the greenhouse is installed in the greenhouse H as in the first embodiment.

(Effect of the invention) Synthetic resin films 1 and 4 and nonwoven matte 2
In the agricultural thermal insulation sheet, translucent synthetic resin films 1 and 4 with a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.8 mm are placed on both the front and back sides of a nonwoven fabric mat 2 with a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.5 mm. is fixed, and countless fine ventilation holes 3, 5 of about 20 to 30 microns are bored from both the front and back surfaces of the synthetic resin films 1, 4 to the middle of the nonwoven fabric mat 2, with the front and back faces facing each other. Since this is an agricultural heat-insulating sheet, the water droplets generated inside the curtain are absorbed by the non-woven mat with a moderate thickness and dehumidified, and when heated by the sunlight during the day, the numerous ventilation holes are formed. It evaporates from the curtain to the outside room and dries. In addition, if a large amount of it is present, it flows down the sides of the heat-retaining sheet with its central part suspended and falls to the bottom of the inner chamber. Therefore, since water droplets do not drip onto the surface of the cultivated crops, a good cultivation environment for the cultivated crops can be maintained.

In addition, it goes without saying that the non-woven fabric mat itself is breathable, but there are fine ventilation holes of about 20 to 30 microns in size from both the front and back surfaces of the synthetic resin films 1 and 4 to the middle of the non-woven fabric mat 2. 3,
Since the ventilation holes 3 and 5 are arranged so that the positions of the ventilation holes 3 and 5 do not coincide with each other vertically, the ventilation between the inside and outside of the heat insulation curtain is properly achieved. , effectively preventing high-temperature damage and low-temperature damage to cultivated crops.

In addition, just by hanging the thermal insulation sheet of this invention inside the greenhouse, a moderate heat retention effect can be obtained, so there is no need to use double curtains for the indoor curtains of greenhouse greenhouses as in the past, but single curtains can be used effectively. can be dealt with. Therefore, the larger the house size, the more practical effects such as a significant reduction in facility costs are brought about.
