合せユニツトの透過スペクトル図、第６図は長波
長並びに短波長透過フイルターの組合せユニツト
の透過スペクトル図、第７図は二種類のバンドパ
スフイルターの組合せユニツトの透過スペクトル
図である。 ３……エタロン板、４……バンドパスフイルタ
ー。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平行光を発生するコリメーターと、この平
    行光を収束するコリメーターとのあいだに、硝子
    板の屈折率がその表面に積層する高低二種類の誘
    電体薄膜の屈折率の中間値を採るエタロン板と、
    バンドパスフイルターと、を回転自在に配置して
    なる、波長可変フイルター装置。 (2) 平行平滑面を有する硝子板に、異なつた屈
    折率の誘電体薄膜を交互に積層するエタロン板に
    おいて、この異なる屈折率の中間の屈折率を有す
    るガラス板を採用するエタロン板。 (3) 平行光を発生するコリメーターと、この平
    行光を収束するコリメーターとのあいだに、長波
    長透過フイルターと短波長透過フイルターとを回
    転自在に配置してなる、波長可変フイルター装置
    。 (4) 平行光を発生するコリメーターと、この平
    行光を収束するコリメーターとのあいだに、異な
    つた透過特性を有する二種類のバンドパスフイル
    ターを、回転自在に配置してなる、波長可変フイ
    ルター装置。
