Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly water-permeable mat by subjecting synthetic resin fibers having different thermo-shrinkabilities, which are combined longitudinally and laterally, and by laminating a reinforcing resilient material, integrally with the outer surface of a hollow net-like fabric having gaps therein. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin fibers having a high thermo-shrinkability and synthetic resin fibers having a low thermo-coupling shrinkability are combined longitudinally and laterally so as to from spatial resilient parts 3 and through- hole 3a, and is then subjected to heat-treatment so as to a hollow net-like fabric 1 is obtained. Next, a reinforcing resilient material 4 is integrally incorporated with the outer surface of the net-like fabric 1 on one side thereof so as to produce a porous fabric resilient mat 5. The mat 5 is laid in a ball collecting space 6 in a golf training area so that the hollow net-like fabric is faced up and the spatial resilient parts 3 and the through-holes 3a arranged in a direction parallel to the flying direction of hit golf balls. With this arrangement, golf balls can be extremely smoothly collected, and further the drainage of the ball collecting space can be smoothly carried out.

The former technology is an elastic material used in shock-absorbing footwear etc. in which cell elements are sandwiched from the top and bottom using liner means to form a corrugated paper-like structure, and the latter technology is an elastic material used in shock-absorbing footwear etc. that is bent into a wave or loop shape. It is an elastic body constructed in the shape of a sand inch by providing mats such as nonwoven fabric on the top and bottom of the thread.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, the former of the elastic bodies according to the above-mentioned technology has the problem that the connection between the cell element and the liner means is insufficient, and the elasticity decreases when used for a long period of time. However, since the latter method simply forms a hollow part inside by waving or looping the yarn, it has problems such as being weak against compression, having poor elasticity, and having low overall strength.

Furthermore, when such an elastic body is installed in a ball collection space of a golf course, there is a rjig where the surface is damaged by the golf ball hitting it with a strong force, and the coefficient of friction of the surface is large. The golf ball does not roll smoothly, so a relatively large slope must be applied to collect the ball, and these elastic bodies also have problems such as poor drainage.

In addition, when the ball collection area of a golf practice range is made of natural grass or artificial grass, there is a problem that the grass surface is gradually destroyed by the ball hitting with strong force, causing the grass to fall off. There is a problem in which thin scratches occur on the surface of the ball when the ball makes strong contact with the turf, and especially in the case of artificial turf, the coloring agent adheres to the surface of the golf ball and stains the golf ball. was there.

In addition, if the ball collection space is constructed of a synthetic resin foam mat as described above, the foam mantle will be destroyed in a short period of time by the strong impact of the golf ball and must be replaced from time to time. Since the friction coefficient of the surface is large, the golf ball does not collect smoothly when collecting the ball, and there are also problems such as poor drainage.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The porous fabric elastic mat according to the present invention is a technology that fundamentally improves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the gist of the first invention is that synthetic resin fibers with low heat shrinkability are used. By heat-treating a woven fabric woven by vertically and horizontally combining fibers with high heat-shrinkability and synthetic resin fibers with high heat-shrinkability, a hollow space with a bending space elastic part made of fibers with low heat-shrinkability is formed on the woven surface made of fibers with high heat-shrinkability. Filling one side of the net-like fabric with a reinforcing elastic material such as foam, latex, or thermoplastic elastomer, foaming and hardening the reinforcing elastic material, and integrally laminating the reinforcing elastic material on the outer side of one side of the hollow net-like fabric. It is characterized by a combined structure.

Furthermore, the gist of the second invention is that a woven fabric made by combining synthetic resin fibers with low heat shrinkability and synthetic resin fibers with high heat shrinkage in the vertical and horizontal directions is heat-treated to form a woven surface made of fibers with high heat shrinkability. It is characterized in that a thermoplastic resin film is laminated and integrally bonded to one side of a hollow reticulated fabric in which a bending space elastic portion is formed of fibers with low heat shrinkage.

Effects> The porous woven elastic mat according to the present invention is formed by combining fibers with different heat shrinkability and heat treatment to form a hollow reticulated fabric having a spatial elastic part with internal gaps, and
Since only one side of the hollow reticulated fabric is filled with foam and integrally bonded or laminated with a thermoplastic resin film, both the hollow reticulated fabric or the foam have elasticity, and the hollow Since the through-holes provided in the reticulated fabric are maintained as they are, it has good silica properties and good water permeability.Furthermore, since the hollow reticulated fabric is constructed by weaving synthetic fibers, the surface where the hollow reticulated fabric is exposed as is. It is smooth and slippery, and has low frictional resistance.

In the third invention of the present application, a porous fabric elastic mantle having the above-mentioned effect is laid in a ball collection space of a golf driving range with the exposed surface of the hollow net fabric facing up, so that the mantle elastically receives strong hits from golf balls. Since the porous woven elastic mat and the golf ball have a small frictional resistance, it is possible to prevent damage to the porous woven elastic mat and the golf ball. In particular, it prevents fine scratches on the surface of the golf ball or the adhesion of the colorant of the porous woven elastic mat to the surface of the pole.Furthermore, the golf ball rolls well, so even when the ball is on a slope with a small f. The ball rolls well, so the ball can be collected smoothly into the ball collecting groove.

In addition, the hollow mesh fabric on the front side of the porous woven elastic mat has a large number of through holes arranged in series, so rainwater and sprinkled water can flow smoothly through the through holes, allowing drainage of the ball collecting space. can be improved.

<Effects of the Invention> Since the porous woven elastic mat according to the present invention has the above-described structure and function, it has high overall strength and elasticity, and the surface where the hollow reticulated fabric is exposed has low frictional resistance. ,
It is easy to slip, and since there are many through holes arranged in parallel in the hollow reticulated fabric, it has characteristics such as good water permeability.

When constructing the golf driving range according to the present invention, the porous woven elastic mat was laid over the entire surface of the ball collection space, so that the ball collection space could elastically receive golf balls that hit the ball with a strong force. This minimizes damage to the porous woven elastic mat and the surface of the golf ball, and also prevents adhesive from adhering to the golf ball.

Further, since a large number of through holes are provided in the hollow reticulated fabric of this porous woven elastic mat, the ball collection space can be drained smoothly by these holes. Further, as described above, since the hollow net-like fabric has low frictional resistance and is easy to slip, golf balls falling onto the fabric can be focused extremely smoothly to a lower direction even with a small inclination. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the overall slope of this ball collection space, thereby reducing the amount of soil to be piled up, and further reducing the hitting angle of the golf ball, which also makes the porous fabric elastic. 77 and can reduce damage to the surface of the golf ball.
