【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、幼児抵抗蓋に関する
ものである。
【０００２】発　　明　　の　　背　　景
【従来の技術
】英国特許第１，５２９，９９９号に見られるように、
幼児抵抗蓋の一通常形式においては、密閉装置すなわち
容器の蓋は、底壁と周辺スカートを有する外蓋および底
壁と上記外蓋内に入れ子式の周辺スカートを有する内蓋
からなる。上記内蓋は、容器のねじとかみ合うようにな
っている、内蓋内面のねじを有する。上記外蓋はその底
壁上に一連の半径方向突起を有し、内外蓋間の相対的軸
線方向移動と同時に、内蓋の外面上の突起とかみ合うよ
うになっている。上記蓋の一つにある各突起は、容器に
蓋をねじ込むため回転移動を送る第１表面、および外蓋
が内蓋に向かって力で軸線方向に移動されない限り、蓋
をはずすために回転させると、外蓋が内蓋に対して回転
するように第２カム表面を備えている。 このような蓋に関する問題の一つは、突起をかみ合わす
ため事実上軸線方向の力を必要とし、かつ蓋を回転させ
て容器からこの蓋をはずすことである。用いられるべき
軸線方向負荷の量は、上記蓋をはずすため、加えられる
べきインチ−ポンドの回転トルクに直接依存している。 上記蓋を容器に緊締するのに用いた力が大きければ大き
いほど、この蓋をはずすために必要な軸線方向負荷も大
きくなる。そうでなければ、外蓋の内側の突起または出
っ張りは、上記内蓋の突起または出っ張り上でカム作用
する。従って上記蓋は使用者に親しまれるとは云えない
。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の主目的は、使
用者に一層親しまれる前記形式の幼児抵抗蓋を提供する
ことにあり；そこで蓋をはずすのに要する軸線方向の力
の量は、上記蓋をゆるめるのに必要な所要離脱トルクを
与えるために、上記突起の側面のかみ合いにだけ依存し
ているものではなく；さらにそこで上記蓋は、外蓋を内
蓋に対して傾けることによるか、または内蓋に対して上
記外蓋だけの軸線方向移動によるかで、はずすことがで
きるのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、幼児抵
抗蓋は、底壁と周辺スカートを有する外蓋および底壁と
上記外蓋内に入れ子式の周辺スカートを有する内蓋から
なる。上記外蓋の底壁の内面、および内蓋の底壁の外面
は、内外両蓋間の相対的軸線方向移動と同時に、相互に
かみ合うようになっている、周辺に一定間隔配置された
半径方向突起を有している。上記内蓋の頂壁は、内蓋の
頂壁の平面に対して小鋭角をなす、突起間のくぼみまた
はみぞを含む。外蓋の内面は、半径方向に伸び出し、か
つまた外蓋の底壁の平面に鋭角をなす、少なくとも１個
のくぼみまたは表面を有している。上記外蓋が、この外
蓋の傾斜面の方向に傾けられる時には、外蓋の底壁の傾
斜面の領域から突出する出っ張りは、上記内蓋の底壁の
外面のみぞにかみ合い、蓋がかぶさっている容器から内
蓋をねじ戻すことができる。上記幼児抵抗蓋は、外蓋と
内蓋の突起をかみ合わすために、内蓋に向かって軸線方
向に外蓋を移動させることによっても操作される。

【実施例】図１について説明すると、幼児抵抗蓋２０は
、外蓋２１および上記外蓋内に入れ子式の内蓋２２を含
む。上記外蓋２１は底壁２３および周辺スカート２４を
含む。上記底壁は、周辺に一定間隔配置された半径方向
突起２５を含む（図４−６）。上記突起２５は、底壁２
３とスカート２４の接合部領域から半径方向内側に伸び
出し、それらの内端部は、上記外蓋２１の中心から半径
方向へ一定間隔配置される。上記突起２５は、半径方向
に、または上記外蓋２１の頂壁の平面に垂直に伸び出す
、平面の側面２５ａを有している。外蓋２１はさらに、
半径方向に伸び出し、かつ上記底壁２３の平面に対して
３．５°のオーダーで鋭角をなす傾斜面２７を形成する
くぼみ２６を含む。図４に示されるように、上記傾斜面
２７は、２５ａおよび２５ｂにおけるように、より大き
い長さを有する弦状領域にある、複数の突起２５に広が
る平面の弦状面を含む。
【０００６】図８〜１１について説明すると、内蓋２２
は底壁３０および周辺スカート３１を含み、これがその
内面にねじ３２を有し、容器３４のねじ３３とかみ合う
。上記スカート３１は、外蓋２１のスカート２４の下端
部のビード３６の下方にかみ合うようになっている半径
方向のフランジ３５をさらに含む（図１、７）。内蓋２
２の底壁３０は、この底壁３０とスカート３１との接合
部領域から半径方向内側に伸び出し、かつ内蓋２２の軸
線から一定間隔配置されたそれらの端部を有する、複数
個の周辺に一定間隔配置された半径方向突起すなわち出
っ張り３７を含む。各突起３７は、容器に幼児抵抗蓋が
ねじ込まれる時に、外蓋２１の突起２５でかみ合うよう
になっている、半径方向−軸線方向表面３７ａを含む。 各突起３７はまた、半径方向に傾斜したカム面３８を含
み、このカム面は、上記突起２５と突起３７との間のか
み合いをさせるには、不十分な軸線方向の力しか加えら
れない結果、上記抵抗蓋をはずす期間中、上記外蓋２１
の突起２５によってかみ合わされるようになっている。 上記外蓋および内蓋は、好適にはポリプロピレンのよう
なプラスチック材料で作られる。
【０００７】前記構成は、参考までに本明細書に組み入
れた上記英国特許第１，５２９，９９９号に開示された
ように、外蓋の傾斜くぼみ２６および関連表面２７、お
よび内蓋２２の複数個の周辺に一定間隔配置されたみぞ
４０の付加を除去すると、古くて周知のものである。上
記みぞ４０は、半径方向に伸び出し、かつ突起３７の間
に一定間隔配置され、底壁の平面に対し、好適には約３
．５°のオーダーで、内蓋２２の底壁３０の平面と鋭角
をつくる、傾斜底面４１を形成する。各みぞ４０はまた
、平面の軸線方向側面４２を有し、この面は隣接出っ張
り３７の軸線方向表面３７ａおよび対向平面軸線方向側
面４３の延長部である。この配列により、幼児抵抗蓋が
通常様式で容器に適用され、その適用中適当な機械によ
り軸線方向負荷が加えられ、外蓋２１を内蓋の方向へ軸
線方向に移動させて、外蓋の突起２５を内蓋の突起３７
の表面３７ａとかみ合わさせ、上記容器に幼児抵抗蓋を
緊締する。もしも、幼児等が、その後容器から蓋をねじ
戻す方向に外蓋２１を回転させるとしても、カム面３８
が内蓋から外蓋を通常カム作用で離し、突起間のかみ合
いを阻止する。
【０００８】本発明によれば、外蓋の周辺の一部分に向
かう下向きの力は、外蓋２１上の突起側面２５ａ，２５
ｂを内蓋２２上のみぞとかみ合わせ、幼児抵抗蓋がはず
されるように、トルクが外蓋２１から内蓋２２へ伝送で
きるようにする。操作を容易にするため、適当なマーク
すなわちしるしが底壁の外面に付けられ、使用者に対し
て図２に示されるように下向きの力が加えられるべき位
置を示す。この位置に下向きの力を加えることは、外蓋
２１を内蓋２２に対して傾けさせることである。このこ
とは１個または２個以上の突起２５が、外蓋２１の頂部
内側から、下方の内蓋２２の頂面および傾斜底面４１内
に位置することを可能とし、傾斜底面では上記突起２５
の垂直面が上記幼児抵抗蓋の頂面にほぼ垂直な側面４２
と接触できる。相互にほぼ平行で、かつ幼児抵抗蓋の垂
直軸にほぼ平行な、外蓋２１の面と内蓋２２の面との間
に接触があるので、トルクは外蓋２１から内蓋２２へ直
接に伝送される。外蓋２１の頂面に、または上記傾斜底
面領域として示された以外の任意の他の位置に、下向き
の力を均一に加えることは、外蓋の頂部内側の突起が、
内蓋２２の頂部上の出っ張り３７の傾斜カム面３８上を
カム作用する傾向に打ち勝つために、使用者が十分な下
向きの圧力を出すことを必要とするものである。
【０００９】図１４に示される外蓋の形式において、幼
児抵抗蓋が２つの位置で傾けられるように、第２平面の
弦状面２７ａが外蓋２１ａ上に設けられる。図１５に示
される形式では、外蓋２１ｂは各突起２５の間の一傾斜
面２７ｂを含み、この傾斜面２７ｂ全体が共通の円錐台
内に横たわる。従って、この形式においては外蓋２１ｂ
が任意の位置で傾けることができる。図１４および１５
に示される形式の両方ともにおいて、内蓋２２は同一の
ままである。

【発明の効果】このように、使用者に一層親しまれる前
記形式の幼児抵抗蓋が提供されたことが理解され；そこ
で蓋をはずすのに要する軸線方向の力の量は、上記蓋を
ゆるめるのに必要な所要離脱トルクを与えるために、上
記突起の側面のかみ合いにだけ依存しているものではな
く；さらにそこで上記蓋は、外蓋を内蓋に対して傾ける
ことによるか、または内蓋に対して上記外蓋だけの軸線
方向移動によるかで、はずすことができるのである。

Claims (9)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　幼児抵抗蓋であって、底壁と周辺スカ
    ートを有する外蓋、底壁と上記外蓋内に入れ子式の周辺
    スカートを有する内蓋、上記外蓋と内蓋との相対的軸線
    方向移動でかみ合うようになっている突起を有する、上
    記外蓋の底壁の内面および上記内蓋の底壁の外面、容器
    上に上記幼児抵抗蓋をねじ込むために、上記外蓋上の突
    起でかみ合わされる第１面と、上記外蓋が内蓋の方へ十
    分な力で軸線方向へ移動されなければ、幼児抵抗蓋をね
    じ戻すために回転した時に、上記内蓋に対し外蓋が回転
    するようにした第２傾斜カム面とを有する上記内蓋上の
    複数の突起、上記内蓋の頂壁の平面に対して小鋭角をな
    す内蓋上の突起間の傾斜みぞを含む上記内蓋の頂壁、か
    らなり、上記外蓋の内面が、半径方向に伸び出し、かつ
    また外蓋の底壁の平面に鋭角をなす、少なくとも１つの
    傾斜面を有し、それゆえ外蓋が上記傾斜面の方向に傾け
    られる時には、上記外蓋の底壁の内面から突出する出っ
    張りが、上記内蓋の底壁の外面内のみぞにかみ合い、上
    記幼児抵抗蓋がかぶされている容器から内蓋をねじ戻す
    ことを可能にし、従って上記幼児抵抗蓋がまた、外蓋を
    十分な力で内蓋に向かい軸線方向に移動させることによ
    り、複数の突起をかみ合わせる操作が行なわれることを
    特徴とする幼児抵抗蓋。
  2. 【請求項２】　　上記外蓋上の上記傾斜面が、平らな弦
    状面を含む請求項１に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  3. 【請求項３】　　上記弦状傾斜面が、外蓋上の複数の突
    起の境界を示す請求項２に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  4. 【請求項４】　　上記弦状面上の上記突起が、上記外蓋
    上の残余の突起よりも長い請求項３に記載の幼児抵抗蓋
    。
  5. 【請求項５】　　上記外蓋上に複数の上記傾斜面を含む
    請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  6. 【請求項６】　　一傾斜面が上記外蓋上の隣接突起間に
    設けられた請求項１に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  7. 【請求項７】　　上記傾斜面が共通の円錐台面内にある
    請求項６に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  8. 【請求項８】　　上記内蓋上のみぞおよび上記外蓋上の
    傾斜面の上記鋭角が事実上等しい請求項１〜４のいずれ
    か１項に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
  9. 【請求項９】　　上記内蓋上の上記みぞの底面および外
    蓋上の傾斜面が約３．５°の鋭角を形成する請求項１〜
    ４のいずれか１項に記載の幼児抵抗蓋。
