Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically perform agitation in a tub, measurement of water temperature, and display of it by rotating an agitating substance for a fixed time when instructed measurement of water temperature, and indicating the detected result from water temperature sensor on a display. CONSTITUTION:Water and hot water is supplied into an inner tub 3 and outer tub 2 through a feedwater valve 20 or from outside properly. When a switch of water temp. measurement is operated, a control 17 energizes to drive a driving structural part 10 to rotate an agitating substance 4 in the inner tub 3, causing water and hot water in the inner tub 3 and outer tub 2 to be agitated. The control 17 stops agitation when a set up time has come, reads a signal from a sensor 5 which detects water temp. in the inner 3 and outer tub 2, and indicates the water temp. value judged on a digital display of a panel 11. Thus, water temperature in the tub can be measured easily without dipping the hand in water or preparing a thermometer.

A water level detection signal is input from the water level sensor 18 provided to detect the water level in the outer tank 2, a water temperature detection signal is input from the water temperature sensor 5, and a clock signal is input from the clock circuit 19. Ru. Then, based on such human power and the control program stored in advance, the control device 17 controls the drive circuit 21 for energizing and driving the water supply valve 20 provided to supply water into the inner tank 13, and the drive mechanism section 10, among others. A drive circuit 22 for energizing and driving an electromagnet (not shown) that operates the motor 6, brake mechanism 8, and clutch mechanism 9, and a drain valve 23 provided to drain water from the outer tank 2. A drive control signal is given to each of the drive circuits 24, and at the same time a display signal is given to the digital display 2 of the operation panel 11.

At this water temperature m11 fixed time, water and hot water are poured into the inner tank 3 and the outer tank 2 through the water supply valve 20 or from the outside as appropriate, and then the "water temperature measurement" switch 6 is operated. Then, the control device 17 performs the first step of the water temperature measurement routine shown in FIG.
At the point where it is determined whether or not the "Water temperature measurement" switch 16 has been operated (step Sl), the "Water temperature measurement" switch 1
6 has been operated, and therefore the drive mechanism section]
0 is energized and driven to rotate the stirring body 4 in the inner tank 3 to stir the water and hot water in the inner tank 3 and the outer tank 2 (Step S2
). This stirring is continued until it is determined that the next set time (for example, ten seconds) has been reached (step S3), and then the stirring is stopped. Step S4), the water temperature detection signal emitted from the water temperature sensor 5 that detects the water temperature in the inner tank 3 and the outer tank 2 is read (step S5), and the determined water temperature value is displayed on the digital display 12 ( Step S6) According to this embodiment, after pouring water and hot water into the inner tank 3 and the outer tank 2, the "water temperature measurement" switch 16 is operated, and then the inner tank 3 is filled with hot water. Since the water in the outer tank 2 is stirred, the water temperature is measured, and the water temperature is displayed automatically, there is no need for manual stirring by the user or the hassle of putting in and taking out a thermometer, which is required in conventional systems. Not, again,
There is no need to get your hands wet while stirring, and there is no need to prepare a thermometer every time.
