Claims (1)
- ワークに加工された穴に検査針を挿入し、その
穴の深さが適正か否かを検知するようにした穴検
装置において、前記検査針をパイプ状に形成する
と共に、その検査針の検査時に圧縮エアーを供給
するエアブロー機構を設けたことを特徴とするエ
アブロー機構を有する穴検装置。
