An adhesive tape formed using a large film, etc. appears, and when it is unwound, it is charged with static electricity, and when it is cut and pasted on a document, for example, a repulsive force or suction force acts, causing it to stick to a designated area. This may cause inconveniences such as making it difficult to attach. For example, adhesive tape (width 24 mm) based on polypropylene film
mm) was applied to a dispenser, a certain length of the tape was rewound and cut, and when the static electricity charged on the tape was measured, it was about 8 to 12 KV. In order to prevent static electricity from being generated during such unwinding, adhesive tapes are made using film base materials to which antistatic agents and other chemicals have been added, but it is difficult to obtain a sufficiently satisfactory antistatic effect. .

Static electricity can be removed reliably even with adhesive tape, and when the tape is rewound and adhered, there is no operational inconvenience caused by repulsion or adhesion as in the past.

For example, a rotary drum 2 supporting adhesive tape 11 wound in a roll is placed on both side walls 3, 3 at the rear of a tabletop table 1. A dispenser 6 is provided with a cutting blade 5 on the upper edge of the front wall 4, which loosely fits into the provided notches 3a, 3a, and has a path for pulling out the tape 11a rewound at the front part of the rotating drum. In this case, the receiving portion of the rolled tape 11 suspended on the rotating drum is in contact with the tape 11a rewound from the rolled tape and is grounded 10 through an electric conductor 9 such as a lead wire. A conductor 7 made of metal or other conductive material and formed into a desired shape is provided, and static electricity generated on the tape during unwinding is discharged into the ground through the conductor and removed.

There are various types of materials, such as body, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, knitted fabric, film, etc., which can be used in any suitable shape, and those with excellent flexibility and pliability can be suitably used.

A tape 1 is provided with a support member 8 made of , aluminum, or other highly conductive material, and the conductor is rewound onto the support member to form a tape shape.
It can be made by appropriately hanging down so as to be in contact with the non-adhesive layer side of the upper surface of 1a.

容易且つ簡単にできた。 In FIGS. 1 to 3, a rod-shaped support member 8 made of copper is provided that spans both side walls 3, 3, and a plurality of thin copper wire conductors 7 are fixed to this support member 8, and the end section is tapered. The supporting member 8 is connected to a copper plate 9a extending along the outside of the side wall of the stand, and the copper plate is connected to the ground 10 via a copper wire 9. has been done. The above dispenser has a polypropylene-based width.
The static electricity charged on the adhesive tape 11a obtained by winding a 24 mm roll of adhesive tape, unwinding it, and cutting it to a certain length was measured, and the result was approximately 0 to 1 KV. When pasting the film onto documents, etc., there was no phenomenon such as repulsion, and the pasting operation was easy and simple.

cloth-like materials such as metal foil, metal and other conductive woven fabrics,
A conductor 7 such as a film was provided in the same manner as described above, and the same antistatic effect as described above was obtained. As mentioned above, the metal foil or fabric-like conductor can be reinforced by being appropriately lined with a thin, flexible plastic film or the like. Further, static electricity can sometimes be eliminated by forming the cutting blade from a material with good conductivity and by bringing the cutting blade into contact with a conductor in between.

The static electricity charged on this is reliably removed, and then the cutter section cuts it to the desired length.
The cut tape will not curl due to electrostatic charge, or the adhesive position will shift due to repulsion or attraction, and it can be applied tightly and accurately to the desired location at any time.

Since the conductor hangs down and is in contact with the tape, the conductor can fully adapt to any angle or direction in which the tape is pulled out, and is always in contact with the tape to ensure static electricity is removed. Moreover, its structure is simple and can be manufactured economically.
