Claims (1)
高速レンジ側へと軸方向に移動するVベルト式自
動変速機において、可動シーブの高速レンジ側へ
の移動を規制するロツク位置と、可動シーブの高
速レンジ側への移動を許す解除位置とに変更自在
なロツク部材を備えたことを特徴とするVベルト
式自動変速機のロツク装置。 (2) 請求項1記載のVベルト式自動変速機のロ
ツク装置において、従動軸内に軸芯孔とこれに直
角なロツク部材挿入孔を形成し、該挿入孔にはロ
ツク部材としてロツクピンを挿入し、該ロツクピ
ンは、半径方向外方に突出して可動シーブの高速
レンジ側への移動を規制するロツク位置と、挿入
孔内に引込む解除位置とに移動自在であると共に
、リターンばねにより解除位置に付勢され、軸芯
孔内には適宜の操作装置に連結して軸芯方向移動
自在に操作されるプツシユロツドを挿入し、該プ
ツシユロツドにはこれの移動によりロツクピンを
ロツク位置側へと押し動かすくさび面を形成した
ことを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速機のロツク
装置。 (3) 請求項1記載のVベルト式自動変速機のロ
ツク装置において、従動軸内に軸芯孔とこれに直
角な複数のロツク部材挿入孔を形成し、各挿入孔
には両端部が球面状のロツク部材をそれぞれ挿入
し、可動シーブの内周部には上記各ロツク部材に
係合自在な凹部を形成し、各ロツク部材は上記凹
部に係合して可動シーブの高速レンジ側への移動
を規制するロツク位置と、挿入孔内に引込む解除
位置とに移動自在であり、軸芯孔内には適宜の操
作装置に連結して軸芯方向移動自在に操作される
プツシユロツドを挿入し、該プツシユロツドには
、プツシユロツドの移動により各ロツク部材に当
接してロツク位置側へと押し動かすテーパ面を形
成したことを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速機の
ロツク装置。 (4) 請求項1記載のVベルト式自動変速機のロ
ツク装置において、ロツク位置のロツク部材に係
合自在な段状係合部を、軸方向に間隔を隔てて可
動シーブ側に複数個形成し、可動シーブを自動変
速範囲内に2カ所以上のレンジ位置に選択的に係
止できるようにしたことを特徴とするVベルト式
