(Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a cable storage split conduit for accommodating communication cables, optical cables, power cables, etc., and is intended to reduce the installation tension thereof. (Prior art) When installing communication cables, optical cables, power cables, etc., several divided conduit lines 2 are arranged within a conduit line 1 as shown in the drawing, and cables 3
is being installed. This split pipe 2
This method is particularly effective in terms of effective use of the conduit 1 when the cable is thinner than the inner diameter of the conduit 1. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since plastic such as polyethylene is generally used as the material for the split pipe line 2, the coefficient of friction with the cable when the cable is laid inside the split pipe line 2 is 0.5. Since it is relatively large at ~0.6, the installation tension becomes large, and the cable can only be installed for a maximum of about 300 m due to the cable gripping force of the pulling eye. (Means for Solving the Problems) From the above point of view, the present invention provides the following advantages:
This reduces the coefficient of friction and facilitates the installation of cables therein. The lubricant is preferably erucylamide, and the amount thereof is 0.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the plastic.
~1.0 part by weight is suitable. (Example) Polyethylene was used as the plastic constituting the split pipe line, and four types of lubricants were added thereto (a: erucylamide, b: stearic acid, c: polyethylene wax, d: microwax) in the amounts (parts by weight). ) were mixed to create a split conduit with a diameter of 36 mm, and when a polyethylene-sheathed optical fiber cable with a diameter of 22 mm was drawn into the pipe, the coefficient of friction was measured, and the results were as shown in the table below.

点がある。[Table] As is clear from the table, it can be seen that those containing 0.5 parts by weight or more of erucylamide as a lubricant are effective because the friction with the cable is small. Further, since there is no difference in the coefficient of friction when the amount is 1.0 part by weight or more, it is sufficient to add at most 1.0 part by weight. Thus, using erucylamide as a lubricant
By using split pipes made of polyethylene with 1.0 parts by weight added, the cable installation length can be reduced to approx.
I was able to do it at 600m. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, this invention reduces the friction with the cable by adding a lubricant to the plastic constituting the split pipe, making it easier to draw the cable into the pipe. It has the advantage of being able to
