〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は凍結肉類等の切削刃に関するものであ
る。 〔従来技術とその問題点〕 従来から円筒状切削刃取付台の任意の個所にL
型凹部に切削刃を装着し、ボルトで固着した凍結
肉類の切削刃は公知であるが、次の問題点があつ
た。 (1) 切削刃取付台に切削刃を固着するための接触
面積が小さく切削途中で切削刃にゆるみが生じ
て切削作業の中断を余儀なくされ切削作業能率
が低くかつた。 (2) 切削刃と着脱部の間隙に、肉詰りが生じ切削
した後の肉塊の逃げ個所がなく切削作業を中断
した。 (3) 切削代の刃先角度の調整が困難であつた。 〔考案の目的〕 本考案は上記(1)〜(3)の問題点を解決する目的で
なされたものである。 〔考案の構成〕 本考案は切削刃の幅を有し円弧状曲線と直線の
組合せ形状からなる切削刃の着脱部を円筒状切削
刃取付台の円筒方向及び取付台の幅方向の任意個
所に複数個設け該着脱部に前記円弧状曲線と略々
類似の形状を有するにげ穴7をもつ両単刃を装着
したことからなる凍結肉類切削刃である。 〔実施例〕 以下に本考案の一実施例に基づいて説明する。
第1図において、1は円筒状切削刃取付台であ
り、該取付台は、溶接仕上げした円筒状のもので
ある。又中実であつてもよい。該取付台は、軸中
心部に駆動源に装着するためのシヤフト穴2があ
る。この取付台の円周方向及び幅方向の任意個所
に複数個の切削刃を固着するための切削刃着脱部
を設ける。該着脱部は任意の切削刃幅を有し円弧
状曲線4と直線5で構成された形状を有してい
る。この条件は本考案の非常に重要な構成要件で
あり、円弧状曲線部は、両端刃3(片単刃も含
む)を固着させるとき着脱部と刃の接触面積を広
くして切削刃3のゆるみをなくすために重要であ
る。更に直線部は切削物の厚さを調整するために
重要である。例えば薄肉を切削したい場合は両端
刃の取付位置を直線に沿つて右へ移動して固着す
れば良いし、(台と刃の角度は鈍角となる)厚肉
を切削したい場合は直線に沿つて左へ移動して固
着する(刃と台との角度は鋭角となる)ことによ
り、切削台の調整を簡易でかつ正確、強固に切削
刃を固着する作用を有するものである。6は両端
刃を固定するためのネジ穴である。 以上のような形状を有する円筒状切削刃取付台
上に円弧状曲線と略々類似の曲線部を有する両端
刃3の中央部には取付時の刃角度を調整するため
のにげ穴7を有している。該切削刃は任意刃角度
の位置でボルト8により押え座金9で固定する。
更に取付けられた切削刃の上部には空間10を有
しており、切削された肉片はこの空間部にたまり
台の回転に従つて肉片が下に落下し肉の詰まりを
防止する作用もある。 〔考案の効果〕 取付台:SUS304 270φ×400幅 両端刃:SKS焼入硬度60°、刃厚さ7mm×幅20mm、
