個の溝が設けられ、かつこの各溝に上面まで貫通
する透孔が設けられる金属製ステムと、前記透孔
に絶縁材を介して挿通され前記弾性表面波素子と
電気的に接続され、かつ前記溝に沿つて折り曲げ
られた後、前記ステムの幅方向の略中央付近の下
面から垂直に突出し、一直線上に並ぶ複数個のリ
ードピンと、前記ステム上面を施蓋する金属製キ
ヤツプとを備える弾性表面波装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性
