形成した環状の凹溝kに圧入し、バルブボデイー
dとパイプcの固定とシールを行なう。

溝9を有するバルブで、フラツパーシート材より
形成されている。10はコ字状をなす係止片で係
止溝9と係合する一対の係合部11と、この係合
部11の圧入代を規制するストツパー部12とを
有する。また13は係合部11が圧入固定される
孔で、バルブシート6と直角に設けられている。
14はパイプ2内にバルブボデイー3を挿入し
て、サイジング加工によりパイプ2にビード15
を形成したとき、塑性変形した変形部材を受ける
凹溝で、環状に形成されている。また、この凹溝
14はボアー部4の外側に位置している。16は
凹溝14とバルブシート6間に凹溝14と並設す
るように形成した変形緩衝用の緩衝溝である。尚
17はフイルターで、18はフイルター17の開
口端を装着する段部である。

4の周辺の変形は、緩衝溝16によりバルブシー
ト6におよぶことがない。

また、充分なサイジング加工ができるので、パイ
プとバルブボデイ間のシール性を向上できるもの
である。
