(Prior Art) Helmets incorporating wireless devices for mutual communication have been known for a long time, as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 48-30809, but conventional helmets have a circuit board with the required functions. In order to store the helmet, it inevitably becomes larger and heavier, and wearing it for a long time causes significant fatigue and reduces work efficiency. Furthermore, as shown in the above-mentioned publication, the helmet in which the control circuit storage part protrudes from the bottom surface of the helmet body cannot buffer the impact when the top of the head receives an impact, and the original function of the helmet is not satisfied. Not only is it impossible to do so, but in order to remove electronic functional parts such as control circuits during repairs, the entire helmet must be disassembled, and a specially shaped helmet body must be manufactured. However, there were drawbacks such as high manufacturing costs.

(Example) Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, 1 is a helmet body made of fiber-reinforced plastic, polyethylene, polycarbonate, etc., and 2 is a helmet body that fixes the helmet to the head. The space formed between the two is provided with a buffer body 3 made of a material with excellent shock absorption performance, such as styrofoam resin. The thickness of this cushioning body 3 is 30 to 50 mm at the top of the head in order to pass the legal shock absorption test.
The wall thickness shall be sufficiently thickened to about mm. Recesses 4 and 5 as shown in the figure are formed on the top of the head and the upper surfaces of the left and right temporal regions of the buffer body 3. The depths of these recesses 4 and 5 are determined so that the wall thickness of the buffer body 3 at the bottom is at least about 10 mm. Reference numeral 6 denotes a curved component mounting plate attached between the helmet body 1 and the buffer body 3. This component mounting plate 6 is made of a synthetic resin plate with a thickness of about 1 mm, and has component storage areas 7 and 8 shaped to correspond to the recesses 4 and 5 of the buffer body 3 described above, as well as lead wires 9 and microphones 10. It is equipped with a small storage section 11 etc. for storing. The entire parts mounting plate 6 is attached to the helmet body 1.
Although it is said to have a curved surface that follows the overall inner shape,
Portions that do not need to support parts, lead wires, etc. are cut out as shown in the figure to reduce weight. Electronic functional components 12 for communication mounted on the board are set in the component storage section 7 at the top of the component mounting plate 6, and batteries 1 are set in the component storage section 8 at the side of the head.
3 is set, and a narrow-directivity microphone 10 is set on the forehead via a lead wire 9. Further, there are lead wires 9 to the receiver 15 set in the earmuff 14, lead wires 9 to the antenna 18 attached to the component mounting plate 6 above the lead wire 9, and lead wires 9 attached to the surface of the component mounting plate 6 above the lead wire 9. The lead wire 9 to the antenna 18 is also set integrally with the component mounting plate 6 in advance, and then the component mounting plate 6 is attached between the helmet body 1 and the buffer body 3. Generally, studs 16 for fixing the hammock 2 are provided on the inner surface of the helmet body 1, and the component mounting plate 6 is attached to the helmet body 1 using these studs 16. The earmuffs 14 are also fixed using studs 16, with a bifurcated bracket 17 at the upper end sandwiched between the lower end of the helmet body 1. If these members are attached using the rivets 16 of the helmet body 1 in this way, a commercially available helmet body can be used as is, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.

Although radio waves are normally used as a communication medium, infrared rays, visible light, etc. can also be used when used inside a specific building. In any case, it is preferable that the electronic functional component 12 incorporates, in addition to the communication circuit, a position display circuit that emits a signal to indicate the current position of the worker. This makes it possible to always know the current location of workers in a control room, etc., and in the event of an emergency, it is also possible to provide each worker with an optimal evacuation route through the communication circuit.

(Function) Items constructed in this way can be worn by workers engaged in various types of live wire construction work and general construction work to protect the workers' heads, and can also be worn between workers and between workers and the control room. In the present invention, recesses 4 and 5 are formed on the upper surface of the buffer body 3 which is sufficiently thickened, and a component storage section 7 having a shape corresponding to the recesses 4 and 5 is formed on the upper surface of the buffer body 3 which is sufficiently thickened. , 8, electronic functional components 12 and batteries 13 are mounted on a component mounting plate 6 equipped with
After setting the antenna 18, etc., attach the buffer 3.
Since the component storage parts 7 and 8 are fitted into the recesses 4 and 5 of A component mounting plate 6 and a shock absorber 3 are disposed over almost the entire surface of the helmet body 1 between the head and the worker's head.
Since these protrusions are interposed, these protrusions do not hit the head, resulting in excellent safety. Further, in the present invention, by removing the component mounting plate 6 from the helmet body 1, the electronic functional components 12, the battery 13, and the antenna 1 set thereon can be removed.
8, etc. can be taken out together with the parts mounting plate 6, and repairs and battery replacement can be easily performed without disassembling the entire helmet, and the helmet body 1 can also serve as a lid for these parts. This reduces weight increase.

In addition, as in the embodiment, in the case where the component mounting plate 6 is fixed using the studs 16, the ready-made helmet body can be used as is, so the manufacturing cost is low, and there is no need to add additional mounting parts. Since there is no such thing, there are advantages such as suppressing weight increase. Furthermore, if the microphone 10 has narrow directivity and is embedded inside the buffer body 3, external noise will not easily enter, and it will not be bothersome when worn, and will be excellent in safety. Furthermore, the antenna 18 is also set on the surface of the component mounting plate 6, and unlike conventional helmets of this type, the antenna 18 is not exposed to the outside, so it has excellent electrical insulation, making it easy to work with live wires. It is also ideal for use.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention suppresses weight increase, which reduces fatigue, and the thick cushioning body absorbs shock. Since the parts mounting plate and the shock absorber are interposed over almost the entire surface of the helmet body, the head protection function is excellent. Further, in the present invention, since electronic functional parts, batteries, antennas, etc. are integrally set on the parts mounting plate, their removal is easy and the manufacturing cost is low. Furthermore, since the antenna is also set on the component mounting plate and is not exposed on the surface of the helmet body unlike in the prior art, it has excellent electrical insulation. As described above, the present invention has many advantages, and as it eliminates the problems of conventional work helmets of this type, it will greatly contribute to the development of industry.
