【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は全体として、製品がヘッ
ドを往復する時に、小出しされる送出オリフィスを収容
する往復可能プランジャヘッドを持つ手動指動式小出し
装置に関する。特に本発明は非使用時にプランジャヘッ
ドとポンプ本体との上に置かれる取外し可能の保護上蓋
に関し、この上蓋はオリフィスを被って製品の乾燥を防
ぐ。上蓋を取外す時、小出し装置は通常のように作動す
る。除去したあとで上蓋を再びかぶせる時、上蓋はオリ
フィスを拭き取り堆積した製品を一掃するよう機能する
。

【従来の技術】指でプランジャヘッドを作動する時、色
々の製品が小出しされる手動ポンプ小出し装置はよく知
られ、ヘッドは製品を加圧してこれを送出オリフィス内
で終るヘッド内に置かれた送出オリフィスを経て送出す
るため、ポンプシリンダ内で動くポンプピストンを往復
させる。例えば、スプレイで送出される製品はヘアース
プレイその他の樹脂含有材料を含み、これらは乾燥した
時、大気にさらされた時、スプレイ送出オリフィスを目
詰まりさせかちである。目詰まりは断続的及び不均一模
様を生ずることにより自由な流出流を妨害する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】保護キャップ及びカバ
ーは送出口又はオリフィス内での送出材料の乾燥及びそ
の汚染を防ぐため工夫されている。既知のこの目的のた
め使われるキャップとカバーとは複雑で作動が困難且つ
作るのが高価である。その上これらはこれらを扱い難く
、且つ人目につかないようにし、且つしばしば実施不可
能にするよう構成される。
【０００４】本発明の目的はこのような指作動式ポンプ
小出し装置用の取外し可能上蓋を提供することである。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、上蓋は
製品の乾燥を防ぐため送出オリフィスを被い、上蓋はこ
れを取外し、所定位置に再び置く時に、オリフィスを拭
き取り堆積した製品を一掃する。
【０００６】
【作用】使用しない小出し装置の状態では、上蓋はプラ
ンジャを取巻き、ポンプ本体の一部と摩擦係合する。送
出オリフィスはプランジャヘッドの円筒形側壁内に装架
されたオリフィスカップ内に置かれる。上蓋の一部は、
使用しない状態では、オリフィスを被い、製品の乾燥を
防ぎ、且つ上蓋が取除かれ再びかぶせられる度毎に、オ
リフィスを拭き取り堆積した製品を一掃するためオリフ
ィスカップに向けて担持する。
【０００７】オリフィスカップはプランジャヘッド側壁
の外方に延びる。

【実施例】図面では、同じ参照番号は同様又は対応する
部分に示され、図１に全体として１０で示す指動式ポン
プ小出し装置は、送出される製品の容器１１の首部に装
架されて示されている。小出し装置は、容器首部上に装
架するため、内ねじの蓋１３により取巻かれる垂直スリ
ーブ１２を有する。往復可能のプランジャヘッド１４は
、スリーブに関し往復するよう装架され、且つ内端にポ
ンプピストンを持つ中空プランジャ１６と係合する送出
通路１５を収容し、ピストンはピストン各圧縮ストロー
ク時に、ピストンとシリンダとにより形成されるポンプ
室から製品を小出しするためポンプシリンダ（共にポン
プ１７として示す）内で往復する。小出し装置の構造と
作動とは技術上よく知られ本発明の部分を形成しない。
【０００９】送出通路１５とは別の、又はこれと一体の
オリフィスカップ１８は、プランジャヘッドの側壁１９
内に装架され、カップは、プランジャが往復する時、製
品が出る送出通路と連絡する送出オリフィス２１を収容
する。オリフィスカップはプランジャヘッドの側壁を平
らであるか又は図１、２に示すようその外方に僅かに延
びてもよい。
【００１０】本発明により、取外し可能の上蓋２２はプ
ランジャヘッドを取巻き、図１に示す小出し装置の非使
用時には、スリーブ１２と摩擦係合する。上蓋は図示の
非使用時にオリフィスカップ１８に向けて担持するため
その上部の寸法は僅かに小さい直径を持っている。従っ
て、上蓋が所定位置にあればこれがオリフィスを被い、
小出し装置が保管又は棚上又は他の非使用状態の時、送
出オリフィスでの製品の乾燥を防ぐ。作動者は簡単に技
術上知られているようにプランジャヘッドのその頂壁２
３に指圧を加えてこれを作動するため、小出し装置から
上蓋を簡単に取外す。使用後には作動者は乾燥を防ぐよ
う再びオリフィスを被うため上蓋を小出し装置に簡単に
再びかぶせる。

【発明の効果】上蓋が取外される度毎に、上蓋がオリフ
ィスカップとそのオリフィスに向けて滑るので、上蓋は
簡単にオリフィスを拭き取り、堆積した製品を一掃する
。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　送出される製品の容器上に小出し装置
    と装架するための蓋を持つ手動小出し装置において、前
    記小出し装置は、ポンプシリンダと中空プランジャを持
    つ往復可能ピストンとを収容するポンプ本体を有し、前
    記ポンプ本体は垂直のスリーブと、前記スリーブに関し
    前記本体上で往復するよう装架されたプランジャヘッド
    を持ち、前記ヘッドはほぼ円筒形の側壁を持ち、且つ、
    前記プランジャと連絡する送出通路を収容し、さらに前
    記小出し装置は前記側壁内に装架された送出オリフィス
    カップを有し、前記カップは前記通路と連絡する送出オ
    リフィスを収容し、さらに前記小出し装置は、前記プラ
    ンジャヘッドと、前記スリーブとを取巻く取外し可能の
    上蓋を有し、前記上蓋は前記小出し装置の非使用状態で
    、前記スリーブと摩擦係合する円筒形側壁を持ち、前記
    上蓋の側壁の一部は、前記オリフィスを被って前記オリ
    フィスにおける製品の乾燥を防ぎ、且つ前記カップに対
    し前記上蓋をかぶせる時に、前記オリフィスを拭き取っ
    て堆積した製品を一掃するため、前記非使用状態で、前
    記オリフィスカップに向けて担持する小出し装置。
  2. 【請求項２】　　請求項１の前記カップは前記ヘッドの
    側壁の外方に延びている小出し装置。
