Claims (1)
- セラミツクス製のプラグ部を支持する弁棒部を
前記プラグ部よりも細径とし、これにより形成さ
れた段部上に、前記弁棒部と弁箱部間をシールす
るパツキンを配設し、前記弁棒部の上部を金属製
の部材で構成し、この金属製の上部弁棒の周囲に
ねじ面を形成し、前記パツキンを、前記上部弁棒
のねじ面に螺合させた調整ねじ部材と、前記弁棒
部に外装させた押圧ばねとにより、前記弁棒部に
外嵌させたスリーブを介して押圧したことを特徴
とするセラミツクスプラグ弁。
