- 直線方向にスライドして流体通路を開閉するプ
ラグ部と、このプラグ部を支持する弁棒部と、こ
れらのプラグ部および弁棒部を収納する弁箱部と
を有するセラミツクスプラグ弁であつて、前記プ
ラグ部から前記弁棒部にわたつて貫通する金属棒
が内装されていることを特徴とするセラミツクス
プラグ弁。
