Claims (1)
- ハウジングに段差を設け、この段差を挟んで２
つのＯリングによつてシヤツトダウンピストンを
前記ハウジングに気密に支持すると共に、ガス室
から前記ハウジングの段差と前記シヤツトダウン
ピストンの背面との間の空間に通じるガス通路を
前記ハウジングに形成し、かつシヤツトダウンシ
ール用バネ部材とメカニカルシール用バネ部材と
を並列に配置したことを特徴とするメカニカルシ
ール用シヤフトダウンシール機構。
