[Prior art] Conventionally, in this type of conventional tape cassette, the fifth
As illustrated in the figure, a dustproof slide cover 3
is supported so as to be able to slide in the front and back direction with respect to the tape cassette main body consisting of upper and lower half cases 1 and 2, and is adapted to be locked and stopped at a predetermined position. The slide cover 3 is always urged in the direction of arrow A (lid closing direction) by a spring member 4 disposed within the tape cassette body.
The closing stop position of this slide cover 3 is
The claws 6a and 7a at the tips of the stoppers 6 and 7 integrally formed with the lower case 2 are determined by fitting into the positioning holes 3a' and 3b' provided in the slide cover 3, and the opening stop position is determined by the claws. This is determined by fitting the portions 6b, 7b into the positioning holes 3a, 3b (see FIG. 6). By the way, when this tape cassette is loaded in the deck (with the lid open), the claws 6b and 7 are pressed together as shown in FIG.
b fits into the holes 3a and 3b, and the slide cover 3
When the tape cassette is released from the deck, an operating member (not shown) provided on the deck
is the claw part 6 fitted into the positioning holes 3a, 3b.
b, 7b to release the engagement, and as a result, the slide cover 3 is pushed by the above-mentioned spring member 4 and automatically enters the closed state. .

According to such a conventional tape cassette, the claw portion 6
When the external forces P and P' act on b and 7b, the arm 6
There have been problems in that stress is concentrated on the bases 6c, 7c (connecting portions with the lower case 2) of the bases 6c, 7a, causing so-called "sagging" in the bases, and further, causing the base 6c to break. Also, slide cover 3
When the stoppers 6 and 7 are locked in the open or closed position, the stoppers 6 and 7 are moved by the arm portions 6a and 7 due to the pressing force P.
Deflection occurs around the approximate center of point a, and the blade is held in a warped state as shown by the dashed line in FIG. If this holding state continues for a long time, or if the claw portion 6b is disengaged frequently, the arm portion 6a may warp and become stiff due to the fact that the stoppers 6 and 7 are made of synthetic resin. ,
There was an inconvenience that the claws 6b, 7b were not fully fitted into the positioning holes 3a, 3b, etc., and as a result, the slide cover 3 was not locked in the required position.

Furthermore, during injection molding of the lower case 2, the stoppers 6 and 7 suffer from so-called "sink" due to shrinkage during cooling, and due to heat being applied during use.
As mentioned above, there was also the problem of downward warping deformation.

In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a stopper having a shape that is capable of reliably locking operation during actual use and is functionally advantageous during shrinkage during molding.

In order to achieve the above object, the tape cassette according to the present invention is bent in the opposite direction from the claw at the tip of the stopper arm, and is folded back into a square shape at the protruding rear apex and then attached to the arm again. A bent portion is formed so as to be bent and connected. According to this bent part, since the bent part elastically responds to the bending moment that may cause the arm to bend, concentration of stress on the base of the arm due to an external force acting on the claw part is prevented. The occurrence of sagging of the base is prevented, and permanent deformation due to external force cannot occur.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the tape cassette according to the present invention, in which 8 indicates that the arm portions 6a, 7a of the stoppers 6, 7 protrude toward the opposite side from the claw portions 6b, 7b; A bent portion 9 is an arm portion 6 which is bent in a U-shape toward the claw side.
This is an R portion formed at the connecting portion of the lower case 2 at the base of portions a and 7a.

Since the stoppers 6 and 7 according to this embodiment are constructed as described above, when the pressing forces P and P' are applied to the claw parts 6b and 7b (see FIG. 6), the arm parts 6a and
7a as a whole is deflected in the direction of arrow C (FIG. 1), but in this case, elasticity is generated in the bent portion 8 bent in a U-shape in the direction of arrows B and B' to restore the deflection, and the stopper 6 is Since the concentration of stress due to the bending moment on the base 6c is avoided, the base 6c does not become sagging, and when the pressing forces P and P' are released, the arms 6a and 7a completely return to their original states. That is, even if a bending moment acts on the arm portions 6a, 7a, no deflection occurs due to the return force of the bending portion and the dispersion of the bending moment. Therefore, the slide cover 3 is reliably held in the closed and open positions by the claws 6b and 7b. In addition, since the R portion 9 is formed in the base portion 6c of the arm portions 6a, 7a, its mechanical strength is increased, and from this point of view, the base portion 6c may become bent or break. Never. Furthermore, due to the formation of the bent portion 8, the stoppers 6, 7 are deformed from the state shown in the second figure to the state shown in the third figure, and the stoppers 6, 7 are deformed due to the heat applied thereto, which has been a problem in conventional use.
The locking force will not decrease.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the convexly bent bent part 8, which is V-shaped, and although not shown, various shapes such as a trapezoid can be adopted, and all of them are similar to the first embodiment. The same effect as in the example can be obtained. Furthermore, in either case, since the R portions 9 are formed at the bases of the arms 6a, 7a, there is an advantage that the strength of the bases of the stoppers 6, 7 against repeated bending stress is increased.
