- タンクからの塗布液を、液量調整器を有する案
内チユーブを介して塗布ヘツドへ供給してなり、
前記塗布ヘツドは塗布液の表面張力で所定液量を
保有するギヤツプ状の液溜部を設けたことを特徴
とする線材先端用塗布装置。
