【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、プロセッサに電気入力
を送る少なくとも１個のセンサ／検知装置と、該プロセ
ッサにより制御される検知及びアラーム装置とを包含す
る自蔵式緊急照明装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】電流遮断及び／又はガス漏れ、又は火事
の場合、迅速に安全をはかって危険をなくするために、
時機を得たアラーム信号が必要とされる。
【０００３】このような技術分野においては、かかる事
故を検知するための装置が何種類かあるが、これらの装
置には何らかの制限があり、主要給電源に常時接続する
必要があり、ポータブル式ランプの場合、ガス検知装置
等を組み込むことはできない。
【０００４】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】従って、技術的な問題
は、照明装置の位置の境界区域にて生じるガス漏れや、
火事等その他危険な緊急事態を検知してアラーム信号を
発するのに適した自蔵式緊急照明装置を生産することで
ある。
【０００５】
【発明の概要】前記問題の全ては、照明器と電気入力を
可能にするガスや煙及び熱等の検知装置と、該電気入力
を受ける処理装置と、危険な状態を検知して実時間にて
給電の必要なしに通信可能なように該処理装置によって
作動するアラーム装置とを包含することを特徴とする再
充電可能なバッテリ付自蔵式緊急照明装置によって解決
可能である。

【実施例】本発明の他の特徴及び利点を、本発明の好適
実施例を示す添付の図面を参照にして以下に詳述する。
【０００７】図面から明らかなように、本体１は、ハン
ドルと、前部に挿入した透明スクリーン２と、キャップ
によって支持されて該スクリーン下方に位置決めする照
明エレメント３とを備える。ハンドルの上に設けるスイ
ッチ４は、３種類の位置に変えることが可能で、プラグ
９は主電源に接続し、位置ＩＩにおいては、ルーバ６及
び６′に相応してガス検知装置５のみがオンであり、位
置Ｉにおいては、電流遮断の場合には緊急ランプもオン
となる。プラグ９が給電源（自蔵式ポータブルランプ）
から切断されると、スイッチが「０」位置にある場合、
装置は安全にオフになり、「Ｉ」位置の場合は、ガス検
知装置及び緊急ランプ共オンで「ＩＩ」位置の場合は、
ガス検知器のみが作動する。
【０００８】ガス漏れによる危険状態の場合、アラーム
はＬＥＤ７が点滅してルーバ８−８′から間欠音響信号
を発することにより実施される。所定時間経過後、音響
信号が連続したままランプ３が点灯する。
【０００９】実際、本発明には多くの別型が可能である
が、とくに回路の詳細に関しては、それ自体周知であり
、また検出装置及びプロセッサの形態に関しても詳述し
ない。
【００１０】特に本発明の目的の装置に使用する検知装
置（例えば燃焼の進行状態を示す酸素濃度値に設定する
酸素検知装置）は、有機又は無機物質の燃焼から生じる
ガスに感知可能であり、又温度センサ（例えば赤外線吸
収検知装置）を使用してもよく、又限界値Ｐ．Ｅ．Ｃを
用いて火事による突然の閃光を検知してもよい。
【００１１】本発明の第１実施例による検知装置は前記
型式のもので緊急ランプを組み込んでプロセッサに接続
し、該プロセッサは、第１入力が火の不在を検知し、第
２入力が火の存在を検知するようにした該検知装置から
送られた信号を処理し、プロセッサが該第１入力を受け
るとアラーム装置に第１出力を送ってそれを作動させ、
プロセッサが該第２入力を受けると第２出力を送って作
動させる。
【００１２】本発明の別の実施例による装置のセンサは
緊急ランプに組み込まれて該センサからの信号を処理す
るためのプロセッサに接続し、この場合該プロセッサは
前述の如く作動し、１個のセンサのみに接続する。本発
明の装置は同数のプロセッサとセンサを有し、該プロセ
ッサは該センサに接続する。
【００１３】更に別の実施例によれば、該接続は電線に
より実施される。又別の実施例によれば該接続は電磁波
により実施され、該プロセッサは送信装置とエンコーダ
とを備え、該アラーム装置は受信装置とデコーダとを備
える。最後に、当然のことながら本発明装置は前記検出
装置を２個以上同時に設けて同一緊急ランプに組み込ん
でもよい。

Claims (9)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　照明具と、電気入力を可能にするガス
    や煙及び熱等の検知装置と、該電圧入力を受ける処理装
    置と、危険な状態を検知して実時間にて給電の必要なし
    に通信可能なように該処理装置によって作動するアラー
    ム装置とを包含することを特徴とする再充電可能なバッ
    テリ付自蔵式緊急照明装置。
  2. 【請求項２】　　該アラーム装置が光学的及び／又は音
    響的であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の自蔵式緊急
    照明装置。
  3. 【請求項３】　　同数のプロセッサと検知装置とを備え
    、該プロセッサが該検知装置に接続することを特徴とす
    る請求項２記載の自蔵式緊急照明装置。
  4. 【請求項４】　　該接続が電線を介して得られることを
    特徴とする請求項１から３の何れかに記載の自蔵式緊急
    照明装置。
  5. 【請求項５】　　該接続が電磁波によって得られ、該プ
    ロセッサが電磁波送信装置とエンコーダを備え、該アラ
    ーム装置が受信装置とデコーダを備えることを特徴とす
    る請求項１から４の何れかに記載の自蔵式緊急照明装置
    。
  6. 【請求項６】　　点滅して固定される該光学アラーム装
    置が緊急ランプ（蛍光ランプ又は白熱ランプ）の主要光
    源を用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項７記載の
    自蔵式緊急照明装置。
  7. 【請求項７】　　組み込んだプロセッサが固定音響及び
    光学アラーム装置を作動させ、固定光学アラーム装置（
    ランプ）がスイッチ制御とは無関係にオン，オフしない
    ようにすることを特徴とする請求項１記載の自蔵式緊急
    照明装置。
  8. 【請求項８】　　緊急ランプ、ガス検知装置、光学及び
    音響アラーム装置が、給電なしで自動的に再充電可能な
    組み込み式バッテリにより作動することを特徴とする請
    求項１から７の何れかに記載の自蔵式緊急照明装置。
  9. 【請求項９】　　該検知装置の外部が、電線によって永
    久固定式にランプ本体と接続可能なことを特徴とする請
    求項１から８の何れかに記載の自蔵式緊急照明装置。
