Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a pair of left and right permeable levees that form the exterior of the port, protruding from the quay, and a space between the tips of the pair of left and right permeable levees. An impermeable levee is provided to form the entrance of the port, and protrude from the inside of one of the pair of left and right permeable levees to cover the entrance from the inside, and to form the tip of the impermeable levee. An entrance for a ship or the like is formed between the other permeable levee and the impermeable levee is configured to guide the flow of water inside the impermeable levee.

Effect: With this configuration, waves traveling toward the quay pass through the entrance of the port and the front ends of the pair of permeable levees, hit the impermeable levee, and flow into the inside of the impermeable levee from the entrance/exit. The flow of water is guided inside the impermeable levee, and the water flows out of the port through one permeable levee. This naturally purifies the water in the port and eliminates stagnation.

In Figures 1 and 2, 1 is a pair of left and right permeable levees protruding from the quay 2 to form the exterior of the port, and as can be seen from the cross-sectional structure shown in Figure 2, concrete embankments installed on the seabed are A foundation block 4 made of concrete is stacked on a base 3 made of concrete, and a large number of blocks 6 having through holes 5 for water permeation are stacked vertically and horizontally on this foundation block 4. The block 6 is formed of concrete into a columnar shape with a square cross section, and has a cast iron pipe 7 embedded therein over the entire length thereof, and the through hole 5 is formed by this pipe 7. ing. The blocks 6 are arranged laterally from the outside of the port to the inside of the port. Furthermore, in the through hole 5 of this block 6,
Reference numeral 8 denotes a bellmouth-shaped suction port, which opens at the end surface 9 of the block 6 on the outside of the port. Further, in a portion of the through hole 5 on the inner side of the port than the suction port 8, a constricted portion 10 having a smaller diameter than the suction port 8 is formed over a certain length. In addition, in a portion of the through hole 5 on the inner side of the port than the throttle part 10, a water retarding part 11 having a larger diameter than the throttle part 10 is formed. The aperture part 10 and the water retarding part 11 are continuous via a connecting part 12,
The connecting portion 12 is formed so that its diameter gradually increases from the constriction portion 10 toward the water retarding portion 11. Further, in the portion of the through hole 5 on the inner side of the port than the water retarding portion 11, there is a second connecting portion 13 similar to that on the outside of the port, a second constriction portion 14, and a bell opening at the end surface 15 of the block 6 on the inner side of the port. A mouse-shaped discharge port 16 is formed.

Furthermore, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 17 denotes a concrete impermeable levee protruding from the inside of one of the left and right permeable levees 1, and the entrance portion 18 of the port between the left and right permeable levees 1 is accessed from the inside. The impermeable embankment 17 is disposed so as to be covered with water, and an entrance/exit 19 for ships or the like is formed between the tip of the impermeable embankment 17 and the other permeable embankment 1.

In the above configuration, waves traveling toward the quay 2 in the direction of arrow A in FIG. At this time, the water flows into the port from the entrance/exit 19 in the direction of arrow B in FIG. Waves (water) flowing in the direction of the first arrow B are guided inside the impervious bank 17 and flow out of the port from the through hole 5 of the one permeable bank 1 in the direction of the arrow C in FIG. This naturally purifies the water in the port and eliminates pollution.

By the way, when waves flow through the through hole 5 of the water permeable bank 1, the waves are dissipated due to friction with the inner surface of the pipe 7, changes in the cross-sectional area of the passage within the pipe 7, and the like.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, water that enters the port is guided to the impermeable levee located inside the permeable levee that forms the exterior of the port and flows out of the port. The water inside does not stagnate and has the effect of being purified naturally.
