Swinging doors that are attached to pillars with hinges have been widely used not only in Japan but also around the world for a long time, but it is not easy to attach these swinging doors to pillars in an attractive manner. In other words, conventional hinges have pivot joints formed at one end of two metal fittings of the same shape, and pivots are inserted into these joints, so a hinged door can simply be pivoted using such a hinge. In some cases, there will be a gap of at least twice the thickness of the metal fittings, for example, 2 mm if the metal fittings are 1 mm thick, between the end face of the hinged door and the pillar surface, and such a gap is extremely unsightly. At the same time, the hinged door, which is currently used as a means for blocking the atmosphere through heating, cooling, etc., cannot effectively achieve its purpose due to the gap. Furthermore, if the pivot portion is also inserted between the end face of the hinged door and the column surface, the gap will further increase by the thickness of the pivot portion. Therefore, in order to install such a hinge, a recess corresponding to the thickness of the hinge fitting is cut into either or both of the pillar surface or the hinged door end surface. The process of partially cutting a concave portion that matches the size and thickness of the hinge fitting on the pillar material surface or the end surface of the hinged door, which has been carefully and smoothly finished, is actually quite complicated and requires considerable skill and precision. do.

Also, the pivoting of the hinged door as mentioned above is at least two points above and below.
In this case, each pivot in the plurality of pivot mechanisms must be accurately aligned;
If the center alignment between each axis is not properly achieved, the installed hinged door will not be able to open or close at all, and even if the installation by a qualified professional does not cause such problems, the opening or closing ability will be affected. This causes problems such as difficulty in opening and closing and the generation of creaking noises. Of course, it is essential that these multiple pivot mechanisms are arranged in a proper balance, and the setting positions are specified, so of course if you plan to carve as described above, even if not, mark the pivot points in advance. Appropriate installation cannot be achieved unless the direction and orientation of the attachment mechanism are specified, and the man-hours involved are not sufficient to simply screw the attachment mechanism.

The present invention has been devised after repeated studies in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional ones as described above. The embodiment of the present invention is explained with reference to the attached drawings. As shown, a base metal fitting 1 and a child metal fitting 2 are connected and pivoted by a pivot 4, and a notch 10 sufficient to accommodate the child metal fitting 2 is formed on the pivot side of the mother metal fitting, and both these metal fittings 1, 2 are connected and pivoted. This method uses hinges A formed tangentially to the shaft supports 11 and 21, which are integrally formed with a circular cross-section.Moreover, a plurality of such hinges A are arranged at a predetermined interval to form a column 5. When installing the hinged door 6 on the mounting surface 5a of the hinged door 6, the pivot supports 11, 21 and the pivot 4 portion inserted therein are attached to one side of the mounting end surface of the hinged door 6, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. The bulging vertices 11p and 21p located along the corner 6a and perpendicular to the tangential plate surfaces 1a and 2a of the pivot supports 11 and 21 are joined to the surface or back surface 6f of the hinged door 6, and the base metal fitting 1 Or, the plate surface 1a or 2a of the sub-metal 2 in the tangential direction to the shaft support 11 is joined to the middle of the mounting surface 5a of the column 5, and the side wall 8 is recessed from the surface of the column 5. On the other hand, it is proposed that the hinged door 6 be installed so that the plate surfaces in the closed state are located in approximately the same plane, and in particular, as shown in FIG. The plate surface 6 of the hinged door 6 in the closed state
It is to be mounted so that f is located in approximately the same plane.

Note that it is preferable that the size of the mounting plate surface portion of the secondary metal fitting 2 be made slightly smaller so that a slight gap is formed between the peripheral side of the secondary metal fitting 2 and the notch 10 as shown in FIG. Also, since the head 4a is formed only on the upper end of the pivot 4, the pivot 4 can be removed, the base metal fitting 1 and the child metal fitting 2 are attached separately, and then these are assembled and the pivot 4 is inserted. It can be assembled by

Also, Figures 1 to 4 show the case where hinge A is used, which is suitable for installing a relatively thin and lightweight hinged door, but if you are installing a thicker and heavier hinged door, the first hinge -Instead of the two mounting holes 9, 9 formed in one row in each metal fitting 1, 2 as shown in Fig. 4, three or four mounting holes 9, 9 as shown in Fig. 5 are used. A plurality of rows of 9 and 9, 9, 9, 9 provided on each of the metal fittings 1 and 2 is adopted.

According to the present invention as described above, it is clear that the child metal fitting 2 is accommodated in the notch 10 of the base metal fitting 1 when the hinged door 6 is in the closed state as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. Pillar material 5 and hinged door 6
The gap formed between the end face of the metal fitting and the end face is halved compared to the conventional one, and is equivalent to the thickness of one metal fitting.
If the gap caused by the hinge part is halved in this way, it will be possible to mount the door with virtually no gap, especially without cutting the mounting part recessed into the pillar surface or the end face of the hinged door. It can be made significantly easier and faster. Moreover, both metal fittings 1,
The pivot supports 11 and 21, which are formed in the tangential direction to the plate surfaces of the hinged door 2, are aligned with one corner 6a of the mounting end surface of the hinged door 6, and the pivot supports 11 and 21 are perpendicular to the tangential plate surfaces 1a and 2a of the pivot doors 11 and 21. The bulging apexes 11p and 21p located in the direction are
By connecting it to f, the one side corner 6a portion of the hinged door 6 can be used regularly, that is, the one side corner 6a
Even if the door itself has a slight roundness and does not form an exact corner, it is natural that the end surface 6b of the hinged door 6 and the front or back surface 6f are finished in a substantially accurate right-angled relationship; Axial support 11, 2
The bulging vertices 11p and 21p of 1 are the plate surface 1 of the base metal fitting 1
a or the plane perpendicular to the plate surface 2a of the child metal fitting 2, so by joining the protruding apex 11p or 21p to the front surface or back surface 6f while the plate surface 1a or 2a is joined to the end surface 6b. hinged door 6
Since the centering of each hinge can be automatically achieved, there is no need to draw lines for centering, and together with the fact that there is no need to cut the mounting part as mentioned above, the installation work is significantly simplified. We aim to
Furthermore, regarding the setting intervals of multiple hinges, regarding the hinged door 6 manufactured at the factory, it is assumed that the entire hinge or either the base metal fitting 1 or the child metal fitting 2 is attached to the hinged door 6 manufactured at the manufacturing factory. By transporting the hinges, the predetermined hinge installation intervals are assumed to have been accurately obtained, and there is no need for sizing operations at the installation site. In addition, since the hinge pillar material 5 is joined to the middle of the mounting surface 5a and fixed, it is possible to install the hinged door 6 with the plate surface of the hinged door 6 matching the side wall surface 8 of the architectural surface.
This eliminates the need to install the hinged door with the panel surface 6f protruding indoors or outdoors, as in the past, and aligns the panel surface 6f of the hinged door 6 with the side wall surface 8 so that the pillar material 5
It is possible to beautify the Japanese-style architecture by accurately revealing the surface, and as shown above, the hinged door 6 without leaving any gaps can be used.
This is a highly effective idea in practical terms, as it allows for the installation of a hinged door with a desirable appearance.
